Today I witnessed the most genuinely kind act from the lady at the front counter. A gentleman came in and was clearly down on his luck. Instead of rushing him away, like most establishments would, she gave him a cup and a bowl of water for his dog who sat patiently just outside the door.To the lady, Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. I wish more could be blessed by you or others like you.A note to management:Please give this lady a raise. People like her are all to few nowadays.The food was fresh and delicious. The restraunt was very clean as well.
We did some shopping at the NIKE Store in the same shopping center. My wife said, hey! Let's have The Habit. I said, sound good. As always the Establishment was clean and playing some good tunes over the speakers. Cashier was very friendly and Great Customer Service. We will continue to visit this establishment. Food was Delicious as Always . you can see the cooks take pride in putting together these delicious Burgers. Thank you for making our bellies Happy!
This was mine and my husband's first time there. We asked what was most popular and the Santa Barbara burger, which is basically a burger with avocado, served on sourdough bread. We got cheeseburgers. Him a double and me a regular. The sesame seed bun was ok. The food was just ok but the area is what was really great. The outdoor seating in this area is beautiful. It was great for our date night. A nice little waterfall and surrounds by other restaurants, stores and a movie theater. The weather and area was better than the food. We enjoyed the night though.

The Habit is one of my favorite fast-food chains.Unfortunately the Redlands Habit serves terrible food and the customer service is non-existent.Come here if you want to experience a messy, crowded restaurant with tone deaf management and workers who are committed to producing TERRIBLE quality food.
I like the hamburgers but Alyssa, one of the employees has a terrible attitude. Really ruined the atmosphere and made us feel very uncomfortable. Her demeaning attitude almost made us want to leave.
Very clean and delicious, fresh, hot food. Lunchtime was pretty busy for a Monday but they had plenty of workers to keep up with orders. Highly recommended!
My son recommended we have lunch there, He’s been here before I ordered the Chard Cheese Burger fries and drink and he had The Chicken salad both were cooked to perfection we sat in the outside court yard very special place to spend quality time with a love one like I spent with my son very friendly atmosphere
I love this hamburgers! The meat is juicy and fresh and the ice cream is so good!I came to his location long time ago and they messed up my order but they fixed it right away!People is nice and fast service!
Bland burger, bland fries, a completely mediocre meal. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean, but I don't get what all the fuss is about.And no, I won't be sending an email to any automated "owner" response. I've already shared all the details that I care to.
