Best food, on the planet, nicest staff ever, very comfortable ambiance. My husband and I frequent the Thai House as often as possible and I insist that we order extra to take home. They are a popular place, so know that they can get very busy. I especially appreciate a sign when you come in that notifies customers that like every other place during these Covid times, on occasion they are short-staffed. Whatever the case, their food and friendliness are worth any wait...Please plan ahead and stay kind!! I've never been disappointed. You won't regret a most wonderful Thai food experience!! The question is how soon can I go back?!!
Came here for dinner on a Sunday. It was super busy but they have a waitlist notified by text.The parking lot was full but luckily someone left. Needs more parking for the capacity imo.The space inside is nicely decorated, good vibes for dates, dinners, casual hangout.There's a bar in here.I like the back patio outside seating on a nice day. Pretty w trees and tables.The service is good. Food and water comes out fast.I thought the food was average. Not as flavorful as other places like thai spoon 2.The spice level isn't spicy.Single bathroom per gender so can be inconvenient.The mango sticky rice is a great dessert and delicious!Got the wontons. Very small thin comes with 10. Cripsy and tasty with the sweet fishy sauce.!Pad thai was red not brown. More tomato flavor than peanut but ok.The drunken noodles were ok but still lacking in flavor. Tasted pale.Curry w rice was yummy. Coconut flavors were rich and smooth. This was worth it.Overall. Food seemed toned down maybe for people who haven't had original thai food.The place and service were great though.If i come back I'll ask for spice, salt or soy sauce.
First place I ever had thai food about 12 years ago so they will always hold a place in my heart. The food is delicious we started with sizzling rice soup and the stuffed chicken wings which are served with a sweet dipping sauce just delicious. Then we had pad see eew which was a large delicious portion. What i really enjoyed was the Khao soi which was just delicious a tasty coconut milk curry with egg noodles and chicken this to me is a must try, can't find it at every Thai place so give it a try. I will definitely return always a joy to come here.
This is one of my favorite places in Redlands area to go! Top notch food and service! I've never had a bad experience whether dining in or curbside pick up! I love you all! Keep being the best!

Wow things have changed . I don’t know if it’s new management or what . I wanted to book a dinner for 23 so it require a deposit of $230 which was fine don’t get me wrong but when they said that the 239 deposit was going to go towards your bill that just didn’t make any sense I wasn’t trying to pay for the whole party everyone was going to pay individually. And then I was told to tell everybody in my party to take cash money so that I can figure out how much they’re going to owe me after my deposit was spent . I said not everyone likes to carry money they carry their card. and I was told that’s not there problem ,Isn’t that your job I’m bringing you the money and the business but obviously you did not need my business so I will no longer be returning . Pretty sad
I really wanted to like the Thai house restaurant.I ordered a big order online.It was easy and painless.Drove to restaurant at designated time.Went it to inquire if my order was ready.I wasn't greeted are acknowledged.Had to finally stop someone and ask them where do I pick up my order.A older man came over and let me know it wasn't ready and that could I wait outside and they would bring it out. He didn't have a nice demeanor. (Kinda rude actually)We waited over 20 minutes.Finally one friendly face from a younger gentleman. Said so sorry for the wait here is your order.Got home to get our grub on and we we're totally disappointed.Everything was cold congealed and it's any Thai food we've ever had.Totally white washed flavor not authentic at all.Way below mediocre...We were so upset because we spent a lot.The papaya salads we got had rotten spoiled tomatoes. The Thai noodles was so nastyPineapple fried rice had no flavor. Got mostly bones in our duck. Orange chicken was so gross it had little to no chicken.Everything was a total bust!The only thing good was the mango sticky rice.I even reached out to them by phone and email. Hoping they would want to make it right.They never got back because they don't care that we paid hard earned money for trash food. We paid almost 170 bucks here.Bad business ethics!I do not recommend this place at all!Food went straight to the trash.

Our first visit and what a wonderful experience with this little gem. A friend recommended otherwise I'm not sure we would've found this establishment. Great food and service! Large portions! I ordered the glass noodle meal and my husband ordered a combo. We started our meal with some appetizers. All perfect! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our experience A++++
