Really great service and exceptional food! Comments to C.E who served us today!
I have been waiting to review this location till i had been in there a few times. I ordered the same sandwich ive ordered for 20yrs, its not an exaggeration unfortunately. I have had 4 different staff members makes my sandwiches her and every one doesnt know how to close a sandwich when they are finished. When did the technique of using the knife to push everything inside then slide the knife out stop. They had all rolled the sandwich over, condiments facing down, then pushed their fingers inside to try and get everything in. And when the condiments come back out of the sandwich they wrap the sandwich as is. The need better training, or any and they need to learn how to speak to people.
I'M SORRY TO INFORM YOU ABOUT THIS LOCATION....I NOW KNOW AND UNDERSTAND WHY THE YOUNG LADY THAT WORKS HERE, IS MAD. SHE HAS NO HELP NOR BACK UP TO ASSIST. SO PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE WITH HER.BTW YOU ARE DOING AND AMAZING JOB ....I JUST THINK THE MANAGER SHOULD KNOW AND UNDERSTAND SHE IS DOING HER BEST. THANK YOU
Came in a few weeks ago, sandwiches were very delicious and well made. highly recommend!
20 to 30 min wait what is that need more people not just two nothing but a joke!!!!
The girls that work there don't take time to make sandwiches they don't even make them look good they're burn the bread they need to hire a new staff team
They were GREAT!! The service was EXCELLENT & the food was YUMMY!!!
As far as I can tell, this is the only location in Redlands that is still open to the public and available for dine-in or carry out. It's very fortunate, then, that the staff are friendly and produce attractive and delicious submarine-style sandwiches. The interior is small but clean, the bread is freshly baked daily, and the ingredients are always very fresh, as well. The only downside? You may have to wait in line!
Not surprised at all. No avocado on my sandwich!
I give Subway at five stars cuz it's a clean place the food is fresh and is healthy for you
