I am a former subway manager of three years I was in the area and I stopped to get some food and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the customer service was bad and Sanitation of the store also bad i ended up not even buying my food
1st off the gentleman was kind working tonight who checked me out. However little.miss thing who.made my sandwich was very rude, and wanted to make my sandwich in 1 second or less. She needs a major attitude adjustment.When I asked what types of bread she had you couldn't understand her because she said them when she was turned away from me. When I was adding vegetables she kept saying and what else what else, instead of waiting for me to look around. No one was in line behind me so she did not need to rush me like that. Honestly after the bread part I wanted to walk out.I didn't cach her name but it's 6:05pm, tuesday night the 25th January, and she should be talked to.about her attitude.I always tip and she absolutely didn't get one because of how rushy and rude she was.Hope to see her be more.polite and friendly next time.
I placed an online order a few weeks ago never received confirmation and it showed my card declined. Later that evening I checked my bank account and the transaction was taken out. I've called the store and the manager is never there or she's on break. The day I called her she said she would call back never heard from her again.
The girl who works in the morning gives horrible customer service and is extremely rude and rolls her eyes at you. She makes me and my co worker not want to come back.
They don't have great customer service
Food was fresh. Cookies were soft. The only thing I would have to say is customer service could of been a little better. 3 employees, full restaurant with doing their best to stay apart plus a line outside. Employees acted as if their was no sense to move the line a long. One came back from break and said something both the customer and the coworker made a joke she was not ready to be back. Then he went right away to break. All in all the food was good. Did it's job

The service is great, the girls always show me some new way to improve my sandwich masterpieces. ?Prices can't be beat for healthy nutritious meals.
