I come here all the time. However, I’m stopping now. Multiple times I have ordered decaf coffee only to be given coffee with full caffeine. I have a heart problem and this is insanely dangerous for me. I wish the employees paid better attention.
The morning crew is fast and efficient. But I'm not sure what happens to Starbucks employees when the sun goes down. They are rude and slow. Tonight, I went inside, put in an order, and within minutes, they said they didn't have an order for me. How did you lose an order? They said they refunded my card, but it's showing a double charge now.
Waited 40 min for my drinks. Ordered 4 drinks and received 3 after 20 min. Had to wait additional 20 min for the 4th

The Mentone Starbucks is always pretty consistent. During peak winter holidays it can get pretty busy due to everyone taking Lugonia to get up the mountain.
I walked in there and nobody seem to wanna help me they weren’t busy it was one person in there but they had already had their drinks in the drive-through had maybe a couple people in it(or are you got a boyfriend you got a boyfriend or what yeah lucky man) lol I forgot I was talking into my phone. Anyways back to Starbucks nobody really cared to help me I gave them two stars because I was really mad but as I was leaving I seen this girl that put me in a slightly better mood unfortunately she had a boyfriend so I’ll give them three stars now
Good service and got my order quick. The key is get there at 6am ha ha. Anyway I liked everything I got the only issue is their app isn’t working a lot. Which is not the store’s fault
I went in for a hot drink and there was no line. Waites at the register for 5 minutes while employees just stood there. I ordered but had to repeat my order 3 times over the music being louder than normal. I ordered a basic hot peppermint mocha and got a iced burnt coffee tasting drink. If I could give no stars I would.
