Came in at 7:30am on a Friday and got my drink at 7:55am. I have never seen a Starbucks so busy in my life. Geez people are so addicted to caffeine & sugar these days. They were 25 min behind delivering drinks but the baristas handled it with grace. Seriously the people working here in the morning deserve to be paid double.
I asked for no whip cream.. they gave it to me with whip. I handed it back and explained it was suppose to have no whip cream. Then they dumped out the whip cream and handed it back to me. Not normal level of coffee at all.
It was great as always. The Berista's are so nice. I always order the same thing Venti Soy Carmel Frap no whip extra Carmel.
It was Birthday and I was afraid to ask for my free drink. The cashier was so nice and made it much easier than I thought with her willingness to help me. She went over and beyond to help me. Thank you Starbucks for making my day ending in a perfect pleasure with my perfect drink.
My husband and I just went through the drive-through of this location and we’re super impressed with the staff. They had signs showing where the drive-through entrance was which was super helpful in guiding us to the proper entrance and helped avoid any frustration amongst the other drivers. They also had someone out in the drive-through taking our order and making it a very speedy way to get our drinks for the morning. Everyone was smiling and was very friendly. I have been to many locations across the map and I can say this one is my favorite! Keep it up You guys! ?? we will be stopping at this location every time we are in town! super impressed!

Don't care for coffee a couple of my friends stop to get something from this place on our way to Indio Ca. Clean areas. I can't see paying so much for coffee. I remember when it was 25 cents for a large cup of regular coffee. Black or cream and sugar. Oh well enjoy my friends.
I dont drink coffee. But the placewas clean and from what I had witnessed from the empoyees. They where kind and polite. And the restrooms where clean. I dont know about you but thats a major issue with me.
Really bad service. People doesn't even know what are they doing. You ask for a bagel they give you a muffin. Something was wrong with the coffee we gott sick with it. For sure I will never go back in tha place
