So sad one of the only Starbucks i used to like in the area. Who doesn’t take cash 20 minutes before closing? I’ve gone before and done it NUMEROUS times. You know what I call that LAZY ! I’ve come in 5 minutes before closing and paid cash with no issues! I always tip too. So sad, I’ll just stick to the Starbucks in Beaumont because that was the ONLY thing I was looking forward to and to be turned away basically??✌?

Justina the Store Manager is really nice she always helps me whenI order something from there. She is a great Manager there. She always helps people. And she always smiles when they walk in. She has a great Attitude when people walk in. I always go back and would recommend to go to this location to anyone that goes to Starbucks. So I give this location a great place to go too. To get their coffee and teas and food before they head off to work or School.

Great serve and quality drinks and snacks and a fair price plus supper clean bathroom

Great location, easy to access with drive thru. Not enough parking on a busy day but I try to visit during non-peak times. Staff is super friendly and always helpful when I have questions. My drinks are always well-prepared and they help me maximize my rewards in the app.

Friendly, timely service. What one would generally expect from Starbucks. It was a little busy, but we weren't in a hurry so we just relaxed while we waited. There was a homeless fellow shouting aloud to seemingly nobody outside near the shop, but the employees kept on going while keeping an eye on him.

First time visiting this Starbucks and I missed the entry to the drive thru since it was at night and hard to see. Once I got in, staff was very friendly and although they were out of the pastry I wanted, they were able to make other recommendations that were equally delicious. The egg bites are also good, didn't expect them to be as good, maybe I was just hungry, but nonetheless good. Order was fast and quality was met. Now that I am familiar with the location I wouldn't doubt stopping by again.

Just about every time we go to this location the order is wrong or improperly made. The only saving grace is that the employees are polite.Nevertheless, it's disappointing to pay a premium and not to get what you pay for.It may be best to begin looking elsewhere.

I find it very odd that I was able to order & pay for a sausage breakfast sandwich online yet when I arrived I’m told “Oh we are out of those, feel free to choose something else.” Why would I choose something else when I’ve paid for the item I want? My next question is how was I able to purchase something you don’t have in stock?! “We sold yours as the sticker was printing out?” Impossible. It’s POINT OF SALE. That’s how retail inventory works. Lastly, how can you run out of stock on a staple of your business? That’s poor management & a lack of understanding of your business needs.

Was really disappointed that they were out of Frappuccinos. It's warm... and a cool drink would have been nice.
