It was my first time here and the food is delicious ? .. The reason why I'm not giving a 5 star is because they try to Rush u out of there ASAP they don't let u enjoy ur appetizers while looking at the menu. Crunchy roll is a must and the volcano roll ?Kid-friendliness: Yes it's kid friendly Parking: Parking sucks (it's a mini mall) Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp
FRESH SUSHI AND SPECTACULAR GRILLING SHOW AT THE TABLES. Can be a bit noisy at times but the staff is super friendly and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu.Dietary restrictions: Server made sure to tell the cook about my sesame seed allergy. ?
Shiki Sushi is centrally located in the Highalnd plaza near the freeway.. has a great upbeat atmosphere which makes it great for a girls brunch and late night date dinner.. I really like the fresh ingredients and flashy drinks.. great bartenders… a bit pricy
Waited for over an hour to be sat and people who came after were sat at the Tappan grill before my party. When I asked the lady about our party she said our name was already crossed off, we were standing next to the entrance the whole time and our name was never called. Maybe time to update your system to not be hand written list. And the food wasn't even worth the wait. Everything this place does somewhere else does it better.
Love it. This trip was 9 of us and Lil sisters B-day. Always a good meal and the environment is upbeat with wonderful service.
Waited 10 min for a table for lunch on a Saturday at 1pm, not bad at all. Waited at our table for 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us and take our drink order and food order all at once (a little infuriating) but once the ball was rolling, all was good! If not for the 15 min table wait, all would be perfect. Sushi was fresh and good. Servers were nice, place was clean.
Whether I call in my order or I walk in and place my order to go. When they say it's going to be ready, they are true to their word. Everyone is so amazing. And the food is amazingly awesome.
Great food and cooking show. Customers service and cooks are always friendly, positive vibes.
First off I want to say this place is freaking amazing!! This is a triple threat! This is not a typical sushi spot. It is a sports bar where you can order great food have a drink and eat at the bar. If thats not your setting they have bambo which separates the bar and booths Th at can easily sit 4 to 6 people at a booth for a more private setting. They also have a BBQ area where you can sit around an open flat grill and have someone cook for you!! Its like a sushi spot/sports bar/ and benihana in 1 spot!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I love eating foods that are low carb without giving up flavor. This place doesn't have a variety of riceless rolls, which bumbed me out at first. Except when I asked my waitress SA she informed me that they would make any roll I wanted wrapped in fresh cucumber! I got So excited!! I ordered a roll stuffed with spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, wrapped in fresh cucumber topped with fresh slices of cooked shrimp, and Avacado. It was drizzled with spicy mayo and eel sauce. So delicious!! The cucumber was cold fresh and crisp. The shrimp on top of my roll was so good and super fresh! I ordered the best calamari I think I have ever eaten. This was lightly breaded and fried it was topped with diced green onion and thin slices of white onion. In the bottom of the bowl they had a pon-u sauce (I hope I spelled that right) that had a taste of salt and vinegar type zing! Don't know if I can describe it better. Hands down the best!! I would go back just for the calamari by itself. My roll and appetizer was around 32 bucks. Its definantly a date night spot if you want great food! Its also a great spot to meet up with a friend watch a game on TV and catch up. It's a great spot to eat full of entertainment with a chef cooking for you and your family. Food is hands down amazing! The enviornment is none I've ever experienced before. My new favorite spot!!! A MUST TRY!
Just tried to go have lunch with my son to just be ignored by staff. There was someone at the register before me waiting to ask a question for several minutes then left. I continued to wait to check in, a server comes to the register, completely ignores I'm standing there and then leaves. I understand many places are short staffed but that doesn't excuse rudeness. At least acknowledge the customer, let them know someone will be right with them. We left.
