We had a good time here. The manager when we checked in was attentive and friendly. The game options were good too. Given how busy this place is I'm surprised it's not better taken care of. Also the general staff is cool but not the most friendly. And although the game selection was great, gotta make sure the games work and are stocked with tickets. Especially on weekends!
Been too long since been back here. Had lunch during their “all you can eat lunch buffet”. They have a great selection of pizzas & lunch items. Servers were all very friendly and courteous. Grand kids enjoyed the food and of course the arcade game room. Happy grand kiddos means happy grandpop ?
Most outstanding staff ever. From the food, beer, drinks and gaming area. Such wonderful group and staff. Best time of my life.
Yummiest Freshest Pizza Ever!!! Mmmm, so good. Small place with lots of games. Delicious salad too. Must go during happy hour for the great deals. Sorry no pics. I forgot. I got a small pepperoni and ate it all. Enjoy
Hardworking, genuinely friendly employees, and delicious pizza - nice n crispy, and I enjoy the tangy tomatoey sweetness of the sauce - I can actually taste what it's made of, wow!? as opposed to the bitter, salt-laden sauce from most other pizza chains. I just wish I knew where their Spider Stompin' and Jackpot games went! but they've replaced them with some cool new ones
One of our mini pizzas came out with a hair on it, and when I mentioned it, the server herself took it off and looked at it and said "yeah, it's a hair, I'll bring you guys a new pizza". She left and took the mini pizza with her and came back literally like 3 minutes later with the same pizza! So instead of arguing with her about it, we just cut that piece off that had the hair on it. But really, we spent too much money there for that to be okay. I wish I had called her out on it.
Severely disappointed!!!! I was looking forward to the Bunch of Lunch because I hadn't been here due to Covid, etc and wish I never came!!! The food was sitting forever without being refreshed. Garlic bread was so dry it shattered and flew everywhere when I broke it in half...pizza was cold and cheese was just no longer melted, just clumpy, the cinnamon rolls were undercooked, the vegetables were mushy from sitting too long, even the Pepsi was watered down!!! Feel robbed of the $30 spent to have lunch with a friend!!The only saving grace was the man who greeted us at the register...he was beautiful...
When online ordered a special pizza by NOON I got a non veg pizza while was expecting a Veg One. When I called NOON ..they said they can't do anything except giving a bad review. But when I called shakeys Burjuman.... the manager gave us a free veg pizza on the next day. This is the first instance in Dubai where a Business is going extra mile to keep the customer happy. Really Appreciate the manager Mr Raymond for this spontaneous decision. Subhash
First time here. Came to celebrate my nephews birthday. Ordered pizza, mojo potatoes and chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious. I had a michelda. It was really good. Great atmosphere. Great management and staff!
Staff was super friendly food was amazing and comes out fast they don’t make you wait a hour for food you get it within 20 mins definitely recommend this shakeys if you want a great experience
