I've always ignored this place when driving in downtown Redlands, but went here with a couple of friends and LOVED it!!!!! The tortellini was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I had them add shrimp and it was perfection. Their pizza... just go eat here. STOP READING AND GO EAT!!!
Do not come here if you want to get into a physical conflict with a bunch of drunk black men while the owner sits there laughing. A brawl broke out last night and a bunch of dudes that were friends with the employees were hanging out in this bar and began to gang up on someone while the the SECURITY sat back and watched. Didn't do a thing, instead had all of his friends run to the back of the kitchen to hide leaving one injured man on the street laying down. Security was supposed to help stop this. Instead Security (black male with Security shirt) was witnessed throwing in punches rather than calming/ stopping the situation as per job calls for. . the bouncer was the person who started the issue, YES AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS PLACE. they need to be more professional since it's in a nice neighborhood.. they are now considered a getto bar in my book. For your safety Do not come here!!
Best place ever, it’s a hidden gym and Redlands. Delicious food great atmosphere and even private rooms for special events, night time views are amazing. They also have live entertainment after hours… a must try place for sure. The deep dish pizza is delicious.
The pasta is amazing. The pizza is delicious and the calzone was great. The hosts are young and vibrant, the servers are attentive and sweet.
Only giving 2 stars because our server was super kind and very, very, pleasant. I would give one star if it wasn't for her!I may be being biased because she was so nice, but our experience with our evening there could partly be her fault. We were seated upstairs in their "fine dining" area. It was nice and quaint very different from downstairs. Which was fine! Our server came to great us and ask our drink orders, they had no wine, beer, or mixed drink list. It seemed it was name something and we'll see if we can make it happen type of thing. Which was odd. My wife ordered a beer, came in a warm glass and the beer was room temp. Took 20 minutes so she drank it anyway over the course of our time there. We were seated around 6.45pm mind you, we put in our food order around 7ish. We ordered a spinach salad, that was fine. Took around 30 minutes for that. And we also ordered a deep dish pizza. 30 to 40 minutes it says since it's a stuffed pizza. No big deal. We knew when we ordered it the wait time was to be expected. Didn't get our pizza till 8pm. And the kicker was it was room temp at that. Couldn't believe after an hour of waiting for our main dish it tasted like it had been sitting in the pass window for 30 minutes. We told our server, she offered to take it back and reheat it in the oven. We almost declined but felt super bad for her and decided to give it a shot. Well 20 minutes went by, it's now 830 and the pizza comes back. Damn near the same thing. We immediately stopped eating and waited for her to come back, which was very soon. Told her it was pretty much the same and she took it off the check and we left the place. Maybe it was just a fluke, maybe our server left it in the pass window and went on break or lunch. Whatever the case it was a bad dining experience there. If your paying for a 36 dollar pizza and a "fine dining" experience these things should not happen. We wanted to enjoy our night there but we just kept getting stiffed! Most likely will never return there.P. S.Wife went to the restroom while we were there upstairs, wires and insulation hanging down from the roof and the toilet looked as though it hadn't been scrubbed in months she says.
Bartender was really nice. Ordered a Margarita pizza and it was pretty appetizing. I just wish the chef sliced hole red tomatoes for the pie topping, instead of dicing them. That's my only gripe. Wings were good as well.
Very great place ? great food and the workers are really nice
If you're going to order over the phone and pick up, DON'T...... I order spaghetti dinner, and a Chicago deep dish pizza. First of all, the spaghetti sauce was watered down and did not come with bread and a salad or soup like you would get anywhere else. I order a Chicago style deep dish pizza with sausage and bell peppers. I did not get sausage and bell peppers. It had spinach with no meat. I called multiple times and I could not get threw. Very frustrating especially when I don't live near by. I will never go there again!!!! Do not order from this place.
Came at kind of a off time at 2:00, but the service was great. Food is very traditional and well seasoned. The salads are very fresh. Enjoyed lunch with a cold beer. Will definitely go back again.
The food was great, and when we actually got a server, he was very friendly and efficient. The problem was the wait that we encountered. We entered the building and were ignored by staff, who pretended not to see us and scurried away. We tried to call (not knowing if we were supposed to seat ourselves), but they did not answer the phones either. After 15 minutes an agitated young woman informed us that they are unexpectedly busy and short staffed. She asked that we wait until 4pm when more staff would come (another 30 to 45 min), which we did. Come 4:15pm, we were finally seated. We spent 2 hours and nearly $200 dollars there (no alcohol). I would expect better service from such a pricey place; but for now, I will chalk it up to just having been a bad day and see what it is like the next time.
