Don't order delivery through the app. Red Robin continually allows my food to be delivered 30-40 mins after its left the store bc the driver is given another order last minute that somehow becomes a priority over mine? I called in for help since my food was cold and fries were pale and undercooked (I always order Crispy Fries but they never are despite saying it on my receipt). I was brushed off and told I could come in for a new one but I'd need to pay. As a superfan of RR for over 20 years, it's extremely disheartening to be ignored & I'm sad to say I won't be ordering anytime soon.
All their items of food are delicious, salads & soups are great and the variety of hamburgers is awesome.
Had a wonderful lunner (lunch/dinner) with my husband. We sat in the bar, shared a hamburger and some onion rings, and sipped on a couple drinks. Drinks were cold, not too strong on my cocktail, perfectly tasty. Food was delicious. We tried the new burger with BBQ sauce, bacon and shredded pork on it (can't remember name), but it was FANTASTIC, I recommend you stop by and try it. Service was great; timely, informative, and efficient. The bartender on duty was very friendly and didn't rush us out of the table. All in all I give them a 5 for the ambiance, taste, and friendliness and efficiency of wait staff. Kudos Red Robin, you hit it out of the park.
The wait time wasnt so bad, Food was delicious. The reason why I gave it a 4 was because the service was not as great server took a bit long bringing us napkins and just coming around our table to see how we were doing.
The server we had was nice but the food was terrible. I had the scorpion pepper burger but I didnt want onions, but for some reason, the scorpion pepper sauce was mixed with the onions. I guess it couldn't be separated like the server said because it came with none. All the food was lukewarm/cold and the brownie with ice cream, the brownie was rock hard. If I didnt have a birthday reward, I wouldn't have gone. Now I remember why I don't go here.
Always love coming here! It was pretty busy but our server was super sweet and attentive to our needs. She checked on us regularly making sure we had everything we needed and kept up on refills! And the BLTA crescent was amazing! I highly suggest trying the chess bacon fondue with onion rings! Enjoy!
We waited almost an hour at 4:00 on a Sunday! We soon realized it was a busier place than we knew or liked. But, our hamburgers were really yummy and the service was good considering every table in the place was occupied!
Very busy, polite staff. Burger good, pizza good. Onion tower outstanding. Sweet potato fries still frozen inside. I think it was just a one off issue.
this is our second time eating at Red Robin. the Food is Great, Service, AAA+++, love the Burgers, my girlfriend tried one of the big salads today, she cleaned her plate. love Red Robin, and the Fries!!.
I had a Grilled Chicken Salad ? that was Yummy ?!!
