We had credit at the Colton Ave Pizza Hut in Redlands. They couldn't find it but they honored the credit. They went up and beyond to accommodate us. I will go back to them.
0 stars given! Just made me select 1 to be able to leave review. Worst pizza and service ever!!!! Spent over $136 for 4 pizzas and order of wings to be delivered. Took over an hour and when delivery came, they were missing 2 of the pizzas. Had to drive to the location FROM work to get the other 2 pizzas!!!! Had 1 vegan - spicy veggie pizza (only one with special instructions for no dairy) all others were normal pizzas. THEY EVEN FORGOT PIZZA ON SUPREME STUFFED CRUST PIZZA!!!!!!!! No discount given. Said give a soda!!!! What the heck???? Never again will I order from there for my team!!!
Extremely Disappointed, it took 3 hours to get my delivery, called several times asking on the status and wasn't even allowed to cancel the order ?, when pizza finally arrived it was cold, pretty sad how us as customers get treated, like we should be allowed to cancel our order and get our refund is it takes that long for delivery. Never again ordering from here.
One item in my order was missing. I called the store and they sent someone back out immediately. The manager was more than happy to make it right, and that spoke volumes to me about their customer service
Placed an order 1.5 hours ago and im still waiting.When I called to see what's up. The guy put me on hold for a while and returned to tell me that it was on the way.Probably forgot to make the order. Anyways. Waiting this long is unacceptable. Poor poor service will never get delivery from this location again.

The delivery guy was amazing. My food was ice cold for 50 it should be hot and it had no or very little cheese. EVERYTHING WAS COLD . Had to come back to bring my soda. The delivery guy was the best part. A waste of 50 dollars .
Always great food that arrives hot. Delivery was expeditious by a very friendly and courteous driver!
Had to substitute Hand Tossed instead of the desired Pan pizza. The quality and consistency from prior Pizza Hut products was definitely lower than expected.
This visit they did a good job getting the food on time and my order was correct. I would like to see this happen consistently. Thank you
