Great place for frozen yogurt! I’m a bit disappointed with the owner customer service she was very rude to us and charged double for getting a smoothie because I didn’t like it. one of the employees also didn’t know how to do the gift card point system and I was pretty sad about that! Wish they had more sweet flavors though and can put your own toppings on. Other than that not a bad place
So my daughter and I have been coming here lately for bonding & quality time. We could not have chosen a better place, the yogurt is so good and the music is even better. My daughter is a huge BTS fan and I think the employees noticed so they started playing their music. Thank you guys for making our visit memorable. We will keep coming. BTS??
The owner of this frozen yogurt place is very rude and unprofessional to the customers that comes inside. I was going to get double charged for a smoothie drink that I didn’t like and ask for a replacement and she said no. I would recommend going to a different frozen yogurt place.
Came in to redeem a free small swirl for my girlfriend's birthday; The lady working asked me to check if the email I received said if the offer was location specific. I checked and showed her that nothing said that it was location specific. She then asked to see ID (I'm guessing to see when my girlfriend's birthday was) and said that it's only redeemable the week of her birthday which was in February. I would've stopped there but I was confused because the app says the free small swirl has an expiration date of 3/16/22. After showing her the expiration date she rudely says "Okay sir I don't want to argue with you, what do you want"; like way to turn off anybody's appetite for frozen yogurt. I'm not sure why she was just making up random policies just because she didn't want to deal with us. Whoever was working at 1:12PM 3/3/22, please do yourself a favor and take some lessons in politeness/customer service because we are not trying to scam you guys out of a free small frozen yogurt, and whats even worse is that it didnt even ended being any good. Highly recommend anybody who wants some frozen yogurt to head literally to ANY other store.
I was giving a gift card I've been dying to use at Pinkberry. At first when we arrive we couldn't find it. It's located between sprouts and petsmart. Took my kids to get dessert tonight.. My kids got a medium peach Passion frozen yogurt with a couple of their toppings with Tajin. I settled for a hibiscus tea with fresh blueberry strawberry. It only took a couple minutes to get our order and be sat down. Very clean, tidy, organized, and yellow color coordinated. If it wasn't so darn cold the kids and I would have been able to sit outside by the koi pond on the lounge chairs checking out the Christmas tree lights tonight. Kids said it tasted very good! I just drank my tea and watched them devour their frozen yogurt.
Really tasty, I was sent here to get some for my friends dog who was going to be put down. As I was driving home I had to taste it, by time I got to the vet I had finished it. :( rip oscar

I've visited this Pinkberry location about 6 times, and every visit has been delicious. Flavors - original, pomegranate, mango, peach, and now pumpkin frozen yogurt. Every visit has been great. The employees are very helpful with samples and plenty of ice for my to-go orders. The store has been super clean every time.
