Terrible customer service! I placed a large order and told my order will take 30-45 mins. An hour passed by so I called and said my order was a minute away. Well 15 more minutes passed and nothing so I called and spoke to Crystal the manager. She said it was delivered 15 mins ago which left me in shock because I waited in the house by front door expecting the pizza to come. I opened the door and it was left on a chair near front door! The driver didn’t knock or ring the door bell. No one even called. I told her that was not ok because now the food is cold. Crystal was unprofessional and didn’t offer to discount or apologize. She just informed me she had customers in lobby waiting to order. I will not be ordering from this place again due to poor customer service and delivery errors.
The worst Customer service by Diane the manager, which says a lot. The pizza was horrible. The manager is a con. And has no customer service
Ordered delivery, food got here smoothly and quickly. Best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. Whoever made the food did phenomenal jobs.
I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and olives and it had 3 olives and a few mushrooms on the entire thing. Plus you're was a grey hair in the crust! Yuck! Don't recommend this joint!!!
Probably the worst customer service in history. Place was dirty the person who helped me looked like they haven't showered in weeks. Pizza was terrible not like it use to be.
Pizza tasted good...a thin crust veggie and great customer service...keep it up.
I have avoided Papas because of the quality, but today for the first time, I've tried it. I got their Large Pizza 1 Topping special and paid $2 for Jalapeños.The bread is good, the sauce is sweet, the cheese is not enough and it breaks, the jalapeños were good. The pepperoni was missing, for a 1 topping special this topping didn't have enough presence.Nowadays one can get a large for $7 bucks, so to pay $12, you really have to give me more to make it worth it.
Good pizza little pricey though.
