Nothing wrong with the people. They have very nice customer service. I got a shake and it tasted more like milk than a shake. I wish I would’ve tasted more of the shake of it makes sense. It was very liquidity.
The employee who is working right now has a very nasty attitude and was very very rude to me. I’m hard of hearing and he was very angry with me because I couldn’t hear him. I love this place and the ice cream is the best but this might detour me from ever going back.
I came in on a Sunday around 5pm. The service was extremely slow. There were two people serving and they looked so miserable being there. I felt sorry for them. I don’t know if they’re over worked or what. We waited for 15 minutes and then finally decided to leave because we still weren’t even next in line. I’ll never come back.
Simple & nice treat when on State St. Nicho's ice creams are creamy and rich - scoops & ice cream bars (paletas). Good selection of flavors (ex. Expresso, Tres leche, Churro, Cookie monster, Coconut, Ferrero Rocher, Strawberry...). Milkshakes - pending size, you can mix & match scoops of ice cream.Employee was attentive & helpful.
I love coming here in the evening hours, actually all hours that they're open ?. They offer delicious ice cream, and different flavors. You have to try the ice cream of your choice on top of their churro waffle... Yum. The Mangoñadas are a must as well, I like to get mine with a splash of lime juice.
Me an my daughter walked 2 ur ice cream store.we arrived at 8:50 an u guys had the door locked already. An ur guys sign an Google hours says open till 10:00pm An I saw a couple of workers in back not even paying attention. Not a good 1st experience at all
Tres leches ice cream is very good. Especially, in a milk shake.
Great service, great ice cream, great price, and they make it all themselves in the back. If you get Rocky Road, they baked those brownies themselves in the back. Top notch
First time stopping in and the young lady was super helpful. The Ice cream was flavorful and creamy. Not from around here, but if we pass through again we'd stop for a treat.
Lots of great ice cream but personally love the lime and strawberry together.
