I’m very disappointed. Happy meals are for children. Generally for small children. Last time you offered spicy meals (when l lived in Highland), and l purchased 6pc nugget happy meals, he couldn’t eat them because they were spicy. Now you’ve done it again. I drove thru and asked whether the nuggets are fried in the same oil as the spicy foods. Well they are. My grandson won’t eat them. What a waste. Can’t you please fry the happy meal nuggets in regular oil. Not the same oil as the spicy. Please think about it. Thank you!
Nice newer McDonald's, clean, courteous staff. Food was good, caught them in shift from breakfast to lunch.Still wait time wasn't bad at all
I typically visit this location at night, and pretty often. Every time I’d go when Alex was working she is always super nice and helpful and I never wait in line for long. It can be packed and if I know it’s Alex’s night to work I won’t wait long and my order won’t be messed up!!
I would save your time and just drive 5 minutes the one down town. It’s like 3 miles away.. they have the worst attitude and customer service. They end breakfast at like 10 even on Fridays. And whatever you do don’t go in the left lane for the drive thru. You’ll sit there and wait as they take customers orders on the right side for some reason. It’s really frustrating
Lazy girl told me they’re closed even though it’s 24 hours. Tall, overweight, I think African American, she accepted multiple Uber Eats orders and left us all with nothing but wasted time and gas. I don’t recommend accepting mobile orders from here. Lazy staff.
Ice cream cone was generous. Sometimes at other stores they are skimpy. Sundae overflowed and was a mess. They happily redid it.
The Wi-Fi kept bouncing in and out, the girl at the counter was somewhat rude and condescending, however I did not rate this two stars for the fact that a great big 19-year-old kid went out of his way to help us with a few things that made a big difference in salvaging our experience there. The place was very clean, yet very poorly managed, in my opinion. I have managed restaurants and worked as a line cook for many years, so it may not be a correct opinion, but it is based upon experience.
You cannot go inside and order so ur forced to use the drive- thru which takes forever. McDonald's is over priced. Wish we had more choices near home
This McDonald's is unbelievable I have never sat in line so long for a fast food item and all I wanted was a Coke. Tried to go to the door and it was locked got back in the car got in line sat in line for 15 minutes. At that point I was blocked in so couldn't leave I will never go to that McDonald's again. When you question them about the length of time to get your order they act like they don't understand English they don't even answer you they just shrug their shoulder. I think the manager and or the owner if it's a franchise need to get their head out of you-know-where and get their business back in order. Some people want to blame it on the virus but that's a bunch of crock.
Bad customer service! Here at this moment I have an order Pickup and the guy in the grey shirt just looked at me and out his head back into the computer. Didn't bother to stand up and talk to me through the door at least. I pointed at my phone and he just Ignored me. I don't blame him entirely. I BLAME Biden and, Harris, and CA Covid BS. These restuarant s could at least hand out online orders through the door. - Updated, I spoke to the guy and he explained why so they're good. ????
