Not a fan this location, let alone McDonald's in general. But this location specifically, the customer service is horrific.Attitude from the team members in the drive thru is almost a guarantee.I always seem to have items missing when ordered through the Drive Thru and DoorDash. It's just a giant mess - I don't plan on returning and I do not recommend.

I’m here too do a curbside pick up which is supposed to be 5 mins. I waited 12 mins to make sure I wasn’t being impatient and nothing. I call and the manager himself answer. I tell him I’m waiting for a curbside order and before I can finishe he hung up right in my face. I call back a few times same guy answers and says oh we are busy. That don’t mean hang up in my face. Exact reason why I don’t eat here now. If it wasn’t for my toddler I would’ve gotten my money back.

Came here Monday March 21 during the afternoon, my fries were stale and crunchy, I ordered two happy meals and two regular large meals. I called and The male manager was nice enough to replace them with 3 large fries he stated “come back anytime that he would write my name in the book”. I come back today April 10 and the male manger Chris was rude with an attitude when I stated I wanted my food fresh to avoid the same issue and I told him about my 3 free fries he states there was “no note and the other manager didn’t text in the group chat about the issue”. I explained to him the situation and he didn’t resolve anything, I paid for my food regularly full price with 3 large fries. I GET MY LARGE FRIES AS MEDIUM SIZE Because they don’t know how to properly fill up fries. Poor customer service, I will be there tomorrow to speak to the manager and will be contacting corporate.

I placed a $50+ order on the app at around 8:30 pm. When we were preparing to leave and pick up our order, my wife noticed her ATM card was missing. We took some time looking for it, but I realized if we devoted any more time to the endeavor we wouldn't make it to the store on time, as we were walking. I hastily grabbed my jacket and walked at a brisk pace to the McDonald's I had selected for the order. To my dismay, the lobby doors were already locked and the app was telling me my only option was the drive thru. In a last ditch effort to save dinner, I rang the makeshift doorbell fastened to the side door. The manager, who had just finished eating, signaled for me to be patient and assisted his employees in completing the orders that were coming in from the drive-thru.An associate named Chris shuffled over to the door where I was standing and looked at me expectantly. I explained my situation to him and asked him if he'd be willing to help me and my family out. Wordlessly, Chris shuffled away back over to the manager, who looked over at me briefly and nodded. In his slow, shuffling pace, Chris went to the register and made his way back over to me."You owe $46.06", he said in a dry monotone voice. I gave him my debit card, which he ran promptly and returned to me with my receipt and told me my order would be up in a few minutes. Turned around and locked the door behind him. I waited about 10 minutes before the manager brought a large bag with my order in it. He smiled and bid me have a good night. When I thanked him, he told me "Thank Chris, it was his idea and he took the time to make it up for you. Otherwise I don't know how long I might have had you waiting here."It just goes to show that just because some people aren't manic with a smile on their faces or a spring in their step, it doesn't mean that they aren't compassionate or willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I would have never guessed that that kid made the call to help me and then went out of his way to complete my order so it got done right. And it did get done right. We had custom burgers and sauce orders and fries and shakes. All of them perfect. Thanks Chris, you made my and my families McDay!

I love McDonald’s and I honestly am happy I live by one but for some reason the ranch packets either come dirty or there’s a puncher on the seal and last time I went there (which was 4 days ago) my chicken nugget boxes were either sticky or had a red smudge. Now I normally don’t care often but I’m concerned on how clean it is in there if my packagings are covered in red stuff (which I’m going to assume is ketchup)or punctured. :(

This McDonald's has special deals they offer. Food quality is hit or miss.

McDonald's food stinks no matter which one you go to. I went with my daughter. And she only went because my grandson needed to eat. They do still have drinks- soda- for s dollar no matter which size you get..I give them four stars for that. If they ever get a different flavor of diet soda other than coke and Dr.pepper, I'll give them five stars for the soda.

Sign on their door posted clear hours the lobby was supposed 2 be open during. Tried 2 get food from their lobby they said it was closed when there were clearly someone getting food. They said come back in 5 min that the lobby would reopen at 5pm. Came back and they said it is still closed. Terrible location. Discourteous staff. Will never visit or give that location my business ever again. I will save my money & get something better elsewhere.

I was told they don't have all day breakfast um get paid $15 to not know your job wow. Every McDonald's has all day breakfast seriously straightened out your employees #McDonald

What a relief! Thank you for letting us delivery drivers pick up in the lobby. You have no idea how much that helps!!
