0 0 0!!!!! Hated the drive thru service today. Paid with a $100 and literally told them I was so sorry I was just getting my kids some food and had no time to stop at the bank first and got multiple attitudes!!! At least be respectful and have better customer service if your the manager. She was absolute rude, had me wait by the flag outside and handed me my change without saying anything. I told her again I’m so sorry and thank you and she walked off. Needs better staff especially , a better manager!!!!!!
I found a fkn hair in my eggs!!! Showed the worker.. He I was like yes that's a hair I apologize would you like a new breakfast platter?? Hell no I don't want no more of your food... He was quick to give me my refund. Smh I'll never go to the Redlands McDonald's again.
Ordered through the mobile app, food came out in 5 minutes, it was hot and made to order. Nice staff too.
The food was fresh, tasty and fast. The service was excellent and the newly remodeled dining room was beautiful.
Curbside is ridiculous! They always take so long that I have to call them from my car almost every time. Sometimes multiple times to ask when their bringing out my order. This is the closest McDonald's to my house. What's the use if ordering ahead from the app if drive-thru is top priority to them. Maybe I should drive to another location for now on
I had noticed at one point they had let afew ppl in to order so at the last min I walked in around 6ish evening and I was told only drive thru was open. Well I live close but I didn't drive and my 8 yr old was at home waiting for her food. I was disappointed until grace a nice worker told me she would help me and let me I. To order. Awh so nice of her to do that for me
Just purchase breakfast there. The employees are rude and incompetent. This place keeps going downhill every day. If you want to get your food, go through the drive-thru. Indoor dining customers are made to wait long periods of time for their food. By the way, drive through customers are always asked to park here.
They forgot to give me my double cheeseburger. They have, like, a 50% success rate on giving people everything they bought. Eat anywhere else. Fire everyone.
15 minute wait at the drive thru minimum. Honestly pathetic location that leaves you stuck in their drive thru no matter how short the line is
