I used to love coming to this restaurant, but lately the service has been incredibly slow. The last time I ordered, it took almost an hour for a large pepperoni pizza. When I complained, they directed me to the website, which directed me to social media, who directed me to a call center which didn't pick up. I understand there is a labor shortage and they are affected just like everyone else. However, if you want to hire people, pay higher wages. People don't want to work for poverty wages anymore.
Easily the worst little Caesar’s in the area. Used to be great (i know it’s 5 dollar pizza). No real complaints on quality but it takes over an hour to get a single pizza. Even if you order ahead they are NEVER ready when they say. And i mean by like 30+ minutes. I know they don’t care but i guess we’re going somewhere else now. Frustrating that there’s only 2 in all of Redlands.
I haven't been here in a while. It's not my first choice for pizza, but it works in a pinch. Pizza isn't all that great but that's ok. What norhets me is that this place is dirty. When I first walked on I noticed how dirty the door was. Then I looked at the windows and ledges, yikes!! Ledges were filthy, and dead flies everywhere. ? The edges of the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. At that point, I just stopped looking. Don't think I'll be going back here again. That was just the entrance. Don't want to think about what the rest of the place looks like. Cleanliness means everything!!
Great thin crust pizza/value for money.Wait times in the evenings gets very long. Use the app.
I like their pizza but some of the customer service employees need a class on proper workplace behaviour also customer relations. Rude employees can be the demise of any business.
Great pizza for a great price. I had to wait a little longer than usually at 3 pm, but it was worth it.

Updated 01.29.22My friend order some pizza for the night through online. Payment was accepted and pizza should be ready by 6:45PM. I told my friend I'll pick it up. I arrived at the place to pick up the pizza by 7:07PM the place was closed. It's says that they are open until 8PM. Also, there were 4 people about to pick up the pizzas they ordered. Guess what they have to walk away and leave because the place is closed. What kind a pizza business is this. This pizza place need to be closed. This location has no regards of its customers at all. If I can just give ZERO star. I told my friend to stop ordering his pizza in this location. Unprofessional.----------Waited too long for the pizza. Everytime, I order for pick up in this location. The pizza that I ordered always not on time of what the time indicated. Also, what is the purpose of the code number if the pizza are not inside those slot to pick it up quicker. I had to asked for my pizza from the cashier.
The word that comes to mind is inconsistent. Sometimes the service is OK and the pizza is fine. Other times the service is awful and the pizza is subpar. I've been a number of times out of convenience, but waiting hours for a simple order to get done simply isn't worth it. It isn't worth the cheap cost or gambling on whether the service will be good on a given night. Save yourself the headache and below average pizza by going elsewhere.
Horrible service, food, staff and just the worst little caesars I've been too and that's saying alot for a LC. I know what to expect and know you get what you pay for. But yikes. This place is pathetic and the staff and their work ethics show it. Money better spent on the dude begging out front.
