worst bucket of chicken I’ve had in my life. I ordered eight pieces mixed white and brown. The chicken was so overcooked that the skin was mushy and falling off the meat. It was way way over cooked and not much there really. I only gave a one star just to be able to say that in 60 years of eating Kentucky fried chicken this is the most horrible excuse for Kentucky fried chicken I have ever experienced. It’s also is going onto Yelp and anywhere else who will hear me
Not sure how a KFC would run out of flour, the most important thing to make chicken, and still be open for the day? Made me waste money on a door dash order that I now have to wait to get back on my card before I get anything else.. come on man at least close your restaurant for the day if you can’t make the main thing you’re known for.
This place always messing up my order from online or drive thru every single time. Called them every single time for messed up orders. The last one I purchased. They still messed up my order. 8 pieces of chicken and it became 7 pieces. I am not sure if they know how to count in there. Guess what I paid for 8 pieces chicken.. and yet I received 7 pieces of chicken inside the bucket. Got home and counted only 7 chickens. Ripped off isn't it. But this time I didn't call them to complain because I was tired from work and this is what I get.2 stars for a friendly customer service & good chickens.
Great customer service always! Employee's are very polite and thoughtful!
Zero stars if I could. The staff @ this KFC location were unbelievably unprofessional and rude!I watched an employee body surf across the counter trying to go after another gentlemen which seemed to be a friend hanging out in the dining area. The drive thru employee shouted he HATED his job after he forgot to give us a Mountain Dew that was part of our order. They also forgot an order of hot wings we paid for as well. The over all experience at this location upset me and gave me anxiety. I understand it was late on a Friday night. But these employees behaved horribly. We will never visit this KFC EVER AGAIN.
Love the coleslaw and mash potatoes with gravy which go great with a Stater Brothers whole roasted chicken ?
No extra crispy, no pot pies and when my coin change fell to the ground in drive through, the lady at the window seemed as though everybody should be ok throwing .50 ¢ away, as I sat there thinking she would replace the .50¢. she slid through the window and received one quarter and set me on my way. No coleslaw in either dinner plus we asked for one meal to be all dark meat and it came back white meat. Not the experience we had wished for.
Line took two long for only having 2 cars in front of me. My original recipe was not... it was almost too fried and yet it was barely warm. The sides were definitely cold and the biscuit was so hard I think it was baked last week. Terribly disappointed. Normally they are much better than this.
Ok, so I hate to give bad reviews. That had a sign at the drive thru that said no carbonation but that's ok we have soda at home. We order 2 pot pie boxes. They didn't give us our cookies! I can understand that soda machines break down and she said they didn't have sodas, but nothing was said about no cookies. It's a combo box and all we got was the pot pie. Ok I'm done crying over missing cookies.
I'm a big fan of KFC's and the biggest reason why I'm the biggest fan is because I don't have to cook. But the taste is very good I usually get the original and they have a bigger selection now and I'm in love with the coleslaw and the macaroni and cheese. The staff is fantastic very very professional and very pleasant to deal with always helpful and even have some great suggestions when you don't know what you really want. So I do give this KFC on Yucaipa Boulevard a five-star. And if you're really hungry you should try the pot pie it's very very good and it has a lot of creamy sauce with it.
