I love Juice it up. I walked in hoping to get served. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged my presence nor did anyone tell me that they would be right with me. Instead, the workers were so caught up with making drinks. It almost felt intentional. Mind you, I was the only one in line. I am sure there is so much more going on behind closed doors, and maybe they were fulfilling online orders. It’s just the principle, had someone spoke with me (or provided some sort of service) I would’ve felt like service was provided and I would’ve waited. But I waited and was ignored.
This is my favorite place to get a snack I love everything there except the fact that they use frozen yogurt base concentrated juice or something in their bowls I really think that they should just make each one fresh like some of the stores do but every time I go here I get a frozen lump of yogurt base and some frozen blueberries or bananas which is not as good as fresh but overall I love juice it up and the service here was good.

Lady working was super nice.Service was quick. Place was clean. Sanitizer available which was nice.Juice was good. The strawberry is tasty. The green juice tasted soo sweet it was mostly sherbet flavor. Had spinach but tasted unhealthy too sweet lol.The acai bowl is good but not the best in the city.Bathrooms were closed.Parking lot easy to find space.
First, let me say I have started coming here almost daily for my juice and shot and they taste great. My lower star review is because I always need to order first thing in the morning and according to google and the app, they open at 8am and there have been times that I have successfully ordered at 8am.However, more times than not, when I place an order on the app it will kicks back saying they are not open yet. I even call to check but no answer. This is frustrating. So either your employees are showing up late, or you need to change your hours posted to reflect the correct information.
Was looking for an açai bowl in Redlands and this is the spot that I chose. Came here around 5 PM and there was no one in line. The woman who was working was so helpful. She was literally so helpful I thought about calling the manager and saying how helpful she was. I grabbed an açai bowl and had blueberries and strawberries on top. I made sure to add peanut butter to it. Look at all that peanut butter. Then she also said he was a side of granola just in case I didn’t have enough. While I was eating outside she even came and offered me more. This lady literally deserves customer service award of the year!!!
This place does not open on time, service is okay at best, and the açaí bowls are definitely a miss. Save yourself the experience and find another smoothie bar.

The juice tasted a little watered down to be honest… Also, I ordered ahead and pickup was bit very clear. I will try again though because I am so hopeful!!
