Usually this place offers good customer service but the Hispanic lady they have there today is rude and has no idea of what customer service mean. She needs to find a job when people skills is not required.
The cash register wasn't working couldn't use credit card. Or gift card shouldn't be open.
If I could leave no stars I would. Usually this place is pretty great (during lunch time) took my family for dinner... My chipotle wrap had NO CHIPTOLE SAUCE, dude said oops sorry I forgot so heres a side of it, the tortilla was burnt to a crisp so bad it literally crumbled when I picked it up and the meat was so over cooked it literally had char on it ?? my families subs were just as bad as mine. needless to say ill never go back to this location which is a huge bummer because like i said before-lunch time its always been good
Counters where food was being prepared, was awfully dirty. Girl who finally came out of back to help, kept same gloves on and wiped them with her apron, then made my sandwich.
After being stuck in traffic for 3 hours I stopped at this location. I placed my order with a female employee. I told her I needed 5 subs. Then the male employee rang me up and supposedly repeated my order. After I paid I realized I was missing 2 subs. The employee then gets upset and gives me attitude stating that's why he repeated my order! I told him I assumed they knew what they were doing and knew how to properly take an order!!! The male employee tried to argue with me. I requested someone else assist me. If they would do their job efficiently I wouldn't have to be verifying if my order was taken correctly and receiving his attitude.

They got both our sandwiches wrong and wouldn’t do anything to fix it. Stale bread disguised by extra vinegar. Forgot the bacon entirely. Every time I go to this location it sucks.
To the young man man named Carlos you made our sandwiches absolutely perfect! Toasted to perfection and packed with deliciousness ? give this man a raise ? we will definitely come back again for the 43 & 17 ?Definitely give this shop a taste. If you're looking for a hot, delicious meal then do yourself a favor and come thru. ??. Clean shop and friendly staff ?
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Delicious , fresh food!
Always out of bread...but love the sandwiches when it's available....
