Rude lady employees especially the brown skin woman, I know that she's new because I come here all of the time. Service is horrible on 3rd shift, this restaurant isn't the same as before. They need new managers, homeless people waiting in the drive thru as you try to order food. Dangerous especially when you have children in the car, they make your order how they want to make it. I don't even think they look at the screen while making your order. I won't be back even if I'm desperate, I have enough at the hospital to deal with it, let alone come to get food & get treated bad. I'm definitely good on this Jack in the box

Hit the drive-thru at 2am. Everything we ordered was super hot and fresh. Bravo to the night crew!

Their new Chicken Ranch Club sandwich or whatever is basically a combo #10 with added bacon. I had high expectations but was completely let down.
I’ve been to this specific jack in the box twice . Both times the employees were very rude . Very un satisfied with costumer service . Although the food is very good
They are always making our food wrong and when you call the manager or person that picks up always tells us that we are wrong or that we are lying. My daughter got sick with food poisoning and I had to rush her to the doctor and have her put on medication.
Up until my recent visit, I have not eaten at Jack in the Box in many years because the quality really went downhill, at least locally. I tried their sausage breakfast sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. It was quite tasty.
