There is this young girl who I see in the drive thru window whenever i come to this location that has a very bad attitude. Never greets me and gets an attitude if I so much as ask for ranch, taco sauce etc. This time they got one part of my order wrong by giving me straight fries instead of curly and when I told this same very girl i wanted curly fries she refused to correct the order. Very lazy and unprofessional behavior. Don't think I'll be back any time soon.??
I came over to order the manager said that the dinning it was closed and I told him it was to go and he send me to drive-thru I told there lots of cars at the drive-thru and I am already heredoor it was unlocked people got upset why I couldn't order since there was more people waiting inside for their orders, Terrible management very disappointed franchises pay a lot of money to keep this poor services with employees.
I was definitely humiliated and intimidated. I parked my semi outside and walked up to the window and kindly asked if I can order some ? tacos . The lady called the manager and the manager said no very closed minded . I was very tired and hungry I actually left hungry but I tried to download the app and I said to myself. This negativity and the way I was treated. I'll just take my money some where else
This place always have issues.. One day the said the didn't have any burgers.. Another time they got my order totally wrong and this last time the place was close during the hours there supposed to be open
Cheap and yummy ask for ranch if you buy the tacos that with a little bit of hot sauce makes a tasty and budget friendly meal.
My husband and I were traveling from Huntington Beach with our 5th wheel and had to stop to pick up windows at the Redlands Home Depot. We thought we would get a quick bite to eat at the Jack in the box in the parking lot but the dining room was closed. I called and explained we couldn’t fit in the drive thru because of our 5th wheel and they graciously opened the door and let me place an order. Very pleasant and took care of my order quickly. Thank you guys for the excellent service in these trying times.
The drive thru lady dropped my food out the window. Didn't even apologize. The manager came and said she was sorry and replaced my food
Evening drive thru is the nightmare. Yes it needs attention badly. Useless you really don’t care I won’t be back.
I went to two locations today to buy a simple $5. Gift card and the 1st location said they didn't know how to do it and that they only take cash for gift cards. 2nd location let me pay with my debt card but charged me 2x. I have easily bought gift cards at other fast food places this week and im not clear why this was such a difficult process for jacks???
dining room not open no sign in the window saying why it is closed . no one would answer the phone when I called. employee would not acknowledge that I was there. I drive a large vehicle that will not fit in the drive thru.
