Disappointed I went for a shake after a concert, they closed shake machine 45 minutes before closing to clean it, so couldn't get what I wanted.Friendly and courteous about it.Went back Saturday around the same time and they were completely closed, an hour and 45 minutes before their posted closing time.
I usually I like this place. I would give it a better rating but every once in a while my order is incomplete. I live in Mentone, when we got home we found that we’re missing part of our order. I tried to call but no answer. The phone just rings and rings and rings. To top it off, I didn’t even get my receipt to prove that my order is incomplete. But I know I ordered a 7 piece stuffed jalapeños because the nice lady that took my order asked if my order was correct before telling me my total for my order.

Giving this place a 1 star is way too generous horrible service i ask for a lettuce wrap burger this dummies put it on a bowl unwrapped took two bites fall apart in my hands I guess when managers don’t bother to train employees property you have a circus full or clowns rather than a restaurant
I almost visit this place every day for delivery. Some of the stuff members are unprofessional dealing with customers. My main point of the review is how they handle delivery orders and what I face always when I go there. They have got plastic bags, paper bags sealing tapes but always some one just don’t care to do it right. So I always ask them to give me a plastic bag and seal my orders because that is the way should be delivered to the customers. It’s a big deal to ask a plastic bag and the way they treat you is unbelievable. I would like to ask them here how would they want it if it was their order. Can they imagine what it means a food to leave on the floor which can be wet, dusty. Some one has to look at this issues. The presenting attitude of some stuff members at this place is some thing else.
Convenient - easy access - predictable food
I never had an issue here. The food is good and it is worth it.
Just your basic jack in the crack. Be nice to the ones working there, they are kind and do a good enough job

I give them a zero if I could Not only did they get the order wrong they refused to correct it stating we got what we paid for. The employees took our order repeated it back to us several times so we thought we got what we asked for. Got home instead of loaded tiny tacos go regular tiny tacos. We were Not given a receipt. Instead of fixing the problem the employees refuse to do anything stating we ordered tiny tacos not loaded tiny tacos. I don’t know what has happened to customer service but these employees lack any care for the patron. I will never go back to Jack in the Box again because obviously they don’t care about customers
