Terrible service at this location. Over 20 minutes at the table with no service. IHOP was nearly empty at the time too. There were more employees then customers and still couldn't even take an order. Walked out due to no service. Went to Denny's right down the street, we were seated and had our drinks and order taken within 5 minutes. I recommend avoiding this IHOP.
Ordered a breakfast meal "Split Difference", focused on half French Toast and half Pancakes with 2 eggs: Scrambled, 2 Bacon and 2 Breakfast Sausages. With a glass of Iced Tea.The food was good.My only slight dissatisfaction, was that the Ice Tea was extremely bitter and tasteless.Even after 6 bags of Sugar, it made no difference. For customers who might prefer things a little bit sweeter tasting, they should offer real Sweet Tea.
SHOULD NOT BE 24 hours if your only going to have 1 cook and 1 server. Waited OVER 45 mins and ended up walking out because the server just kept walking past us. ONLY 2 tables with each 2 people and they were done eating just waiting to pay and she wouldn’t even help them. RIDICULOUS. Just sad. And not even the manager that was the waitress, I feel horrible for the 2 workers and the manager is to lazy to come in and help, obviously need new management that will actually come in when short staffed.
Lots of commotion, they don’t seem to be organized. I was gonna order something to take but ended up doing mobile order as well which took even longer . I totally understand if you have new staff but try to schedule new people during less business hours . Another point that I need to bring up is we got food poisoning.
I've been waiting to write this review because I wanted to give a huge shout out to our server .. I'll have to add it later. This young lady is usually working alone, and doing the job of four people. That, sadly, seems to be a growing trend, especially for those in the service industry during late night hours. My hats off to her. She was well composed, out food was hot and we had everything we neededFolks, I urge you to consider those serving you. Yes, they chose the job, but you can choose to be kind, and you can choose to be patient, and you can choose to not be snide. Have their back, especially when rude customers are causing them to be on the brink of tears. They are truly trying their best. They have mouths to feed and a roof to keep. Keep that in mind when someone forgets your refill or doesn't clear your dishes right away.
Wow this place has really gotten pretty mediocre. Used to take my family here for breakfast all the time pre-pandemic, so yesterday we decided to do a dine in for the first time in a couple of years and boy were we disappointed. Our waitress wasn't the friendliest, but she seems like she could have been new so I'll give her a pass on that. Our food came out and the portions are definitely smaller then what they used to be, I guess the pandemic and inflation are contributing to this? Well I asked for sugar-free syrup because I'm diabetic and apparently they were all out. I asked if I could get my pancakes exchange for something else since they didn't have the sugar-free syrup and was told that she could it but I was still getting charged the upcharge for the pancakes. Anyways we ate our food paid our bill and won't be going back for a while.
First of all I want to say that: They passed us to the table very quickly and the Waitress with the Name SHIRI was phenomenal however the food was served 45 minutes late. I know it is not the fault of the waitress, she did her job. I think the management should put more atención in the cosine.
Very good all you can eat pancakes, the bacon, eggs and sausage were awesome and the hash browns. I am certainly going back good service
Hear me out. In a time and place where terrible customer service is the norm. Other restaurants are closed or limited cappacity. This IHOP is a rock for a good old American family time meal. Thank you Redlands IHOP.
Great food, friendly staff. Will be back
