Very unprofessional!camera can show when she aggressively threw the order and didn’t even seal the bag properly of how mad she wasShe was talking while preparing the Order taking her sweet time the burger was sitting there for a while as wellShe didn’t want to give me her nameBut honestly it was the worse customer service !
The food was ok. We’re regulars to five guys when we are craving a hamburger which is rare. The employees were nice, the problem was the food some of it was partially done and the other portion was cooking. The wait was too long. The employees like I said were nice but in no hurry took long to make anything. Not as warm as it should of been.
The soda had to much carbon in it- I let the bitter old woman who was working there know-she went behind it, adjusted it, came out, tasted it and told me that it was fine...me and my brother just laughed at her because of her insinuation that we were lying...when we were just trying to help THEM out... won't ever go there again. Enjoy your sodas.
First time I ate here was at Baltimore, sooo superb, after in California again and the taste was superb also! 100% recommended.
Food I good and the drink machine boasts a ton of flavors.
I've tried to eat there 5 times in the last 2 months & they have been closed 3 times. They are holding very short open hours, I assume due to staffing shortages. Not their fault, but very frustrating.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, very expensive, the burgers are dry and bland and the expensive large fries were the bottom of the barrel, no regular fries just the end pieces, way over salted and hard. I'm so disappointed it was not even close to the price. I gave one star because I had to, however it deserves no stars. Sick to my stomach
I posted a bad review about a week ago regarding the terrible customer service, overpriced below average food and lack of cleanliness... I know many independent places locally that are much better in quality, price and larger menu choices. FIVE GUYS REMOVED MY REVIEW... COWARDS
Well this was the very first time visiting FiveGuys and were we disappointed. We had a gift card and figured let's see what all the fuss is about.. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? They opened late, my wife and I were first to order. The Grill and surrounding area was FILTHY, staff was rude.. then the menu sucks due to the fact it is ridiculous they call themselves a food establishment.. Their prices are way too high for what you get. Food barely registers as average.. I know at least a dozen burger places (and not the chain food places) that have better food, way better prices and many more choices. Honestly if you are starving and FiveGuys is the only place within 500 miles then maybe that would be a reason to go... TO ALSO ALERT YOU ALL I EVEN CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACT WITHIN A FEW HOURS... THAT WAS OVER 9 hours ago..
Great place to eat. The fries are delicious and the large order is enough for 2-3 people. I hope they don't change that as this has been great.
