I ordered a BEAN BURRITO, 2 PIECE CHICKEN, SALAD! BEAN BURRITO was extra tiny SMALL!!! I didn't order a EXTRA MINI BURRITO!! BEANS COLD!!! TORTILLA COLD!I DIDN'T eat t LEG it was COLD BURNED!! HARD!! !
Worst El Pollo Loco tostada I have ever had in my life. Chicken not cooked very well - chewy and lots of fat and smelled bad. The tortilla soaked in bad oil. I threw away the chicken and couldn't eat the tortilla. My first and last time to get food at Redlands location. Never had bad food experience at El Pollo Loco before. Also, they cashier scanned my coupon and my points were never recorded. Drive through is super slow.
I was on my lunch break and ordered food ahead of time in hopes of having it ready. By the time I got there. I ended up spending 30 minutes waiting for my food and they still got it wrong. I don't have much success with El Pollo loco restaurants, but my friend wanted to give it a try. I doubt it if I return anytime soon
The tortilla of my chicken keto burrito was cold, I got the samenthing on other locations and It was warm and crispy.A little dissapointed.
This location is a little out of my way but it used to be better than the location in hospitality, this is the second time they swap my order after confirming your order at the speaker and at the window they don't even bother to let you know, they could have taken a minute to let you know if they ran out of the tostadas but they don't bother so they just give you a salad instead. I stopped my prior usual because it was always wrong figure it was a misunderstanding apparently most orders are misunderstood and you get what they give you,part of this was our fault too for trusting we got what we ordered and not checking before leaving, so if you're a client here... Check your order before you leave ??♀️ communication is the easiest part to keep customers, yet taken for granted so easily
I had an Uber order from here. They forgot to send the salsa, those chicken tacos are very dry, and the Chicken avocado taco was messy, cold and wet. I paid $18 for this order. I had to give the food to a stray doggy.The Uber driver was great tho ?
Quality at the Redlands El Polo Loco varies greatly from visit to visit. From fresh salads and chicken to dried up chicken and brown lettuce. Our last meal was OK so we thought we would try again since our El Polo Rewards included a Double chicken Tostada Salad for $6. We went into the store and ordered. It was clear the young woman didn't have a clue on what she was doing and had to call someone over to help her. When I checked my receipt, I saw that I was overcharged for the Tostada salad. When I questioned them, a lady acting like the manager (Brenda) said there was nothing she could do about it as "prices change weekly". Under California law, it doesn't matter what the "original" price is, you must honor the coupon. When I told her this she said "whatever" there is nothing I can do. This is not the first time I have been overcharged here (but the first time I caught it while still there). Deceptive (and illegal) business practices. BUYER BEWARE.
El Pollo Loco used to be a great place to eat, but lately it's been a disaster. The last time we went our order was incorrect. We ordered a vegetarian burrito, but got a burrito with a lot of chicken. We also ordered 2 salads and the chicken was very dry and scarce. They even gave us the wrong dressing. I am sad to say that if they keep going the way they are now, they'll end up closing. People want good fast food with decent service, but El Pollo Loco is going the wrong way.
I bought their chicken with the coupon. I ordered mix chicken but they gave me legs and thighs instead and charged me by the mixed chicken price.
Brought the chicken out to the car. Chicken was fresh off the grill. The avocado salsa/dressing is always a fav. Unfortunately, it was extremely watered down.
