The customer service here is AMAZING.Everything single time I've gone through the drive thru the same team member has helped me and, seriously, she is then nicest person I've ever come across in a drive thru.I wish I knew her name so I could give her a personal shout out!She's kind and has great positive energy!However, the food here is disgusting.I've tried a variety of food at this location and it is always either too greasy, too salty, or too bland. I'm always disappointed with the food.I'm not sure if this is specific to this location or if Del Taco in general has gone down hill but I'm done eating wasting money on food that I never end up enjoying.
Ordered two Carne asada fries and it's basicly empty. where are all the toppings, I paid 6$ for each and looks like normal fries. Who ever made my fries clearly didn't care or wanna work there. Also got 2 del tacos and 2 large drinks they came out fine it was just poorly made Carne aside fry.
Everyone knows how much I love Del Taco. However, this Del is a consistent 3 out of 5. As most have become in the inland empire. Only one left here in the IE Is consistently a topped out 5.
Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my $6 two for one spicy Chicken grill burrito
I ordered two value tacos with chipotle sauce. For the cost they were ok but I go to this location alot because it's near me. The most helpful thing I could say is the staff is trying . I didn't even get a del taco bag as to last time the napkins and cups were from a grocery store.
You could only go through the drive thru. The drive thru was slow and the the staff that helped me was rude. I saw no courtesy from said staff and he appeared to be very indifferent towards being courteous. I would pull him off the window if I managed this place.
They must think I am trippin, waited for hour for food in drive thru, ordered beyond burrito, got epic carne asada burrito. Went to drive thru behind car and was trying to get attention but was ignored. Walked by entrance and was ignored and told to go back in drive thru like i got time to grab out my butt. 3 dudes were ordering for stoner burrito which = bold burrito and manager was going off on them saying they trippen and dumb for ordering something thats not on menu. I freezed for 10 min. I use to work here, but it is not the same, they may need Alex back. I demand some sort of compensation for my time spent of almost 2 hours.
The service was good and friendly the restaurant was clean. I had dental work done so I had to have a bean cup I done had one in in a few years yeah I got really small maybe half the size they used to be oh well I guess that's how things go

The girl who took our order got two things wrong, overcharged me, and made our food so sloppy and inconsistently that it look like a five-year-old had made it. However, the other girl to whose attention I brought these things was happy to fix it, making up for the price difference and the size difference and the quality. The restaurant itself was clean enough, basically your average drive-thru joint.
