I go here twice a week at dead lunch time.. these people are unbelievably awesome!!! They work fast! Never miss anything... Super friendly! The guy kid that takes your order outside is extremely sweet! He always repeats your order and upsells everytime and, he always upsells something he thinks I want and he's always right and I always buy his upsell... Today I had my dog and he asked if I wanted to order a meat patty for my fur baby and I hadn't even thought of that! He's great!He should get Employee of the month or something!Lady at the window is always nice, fast and accurate!Great job Del Taco!!!!!
The manager helped me, she couldn't hear me at the speaker but eventually she heard me and my order was right when I pulled up to the window. She repeated it for me over again, great customer service, really nice and smiling. I enjoyed my visit, also the food was fresh and very tasty. Thank you Del Taco
The way it's ran, trickles down from bad management. ? Maybe that's why the hiring sign has been out front forever. I'm not blaming Del Taco. Pull your heads out Redlands del taco.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla snacker and got this
Wow! Managers get it together and train your staff on professionalism 101. I just tried to order in the drive through and the night manager is out of control. She literally came out of the restaurant and started yelling at customers in the drive through. I rolled all my windows all the way up for precaution so I couldn’t hear hear what she was saying. I know she tried to trap one customer from leaving until the police showed up, spoke to the customer and the night manager, and decided to let the customer go afterwards. Completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and I have no idea what she was thinking or what was going through her head.Train her up or fire her. That could have unnecessarily escalated out of hand.

The wait at the drive thru was absurdly long. They seem understaffed. Service was polite, good was as expected.
If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I pick up preordered and prepaid food it is a different story, one time its go through drive thru next its go inside only. Now today I had to knock on window and guy literally told me that I have to get in drive thru behind like 12 cars because they have priority above all others. I told him mine was ordered 30 mins ago and his response was oh well that's how it is and their is a first for everything so get over it. So beyond rude and ridiculous.
Super fresh and not that bad wait time
The food was good. But the service was horrible, it took 3 times to get it right and 2 people helping and still got the wrong change. Crew was not very personable.
