Looked forward to eating here. Walked in and noticed the Two ladies behind the counter were struggling. The area they were preparing needed some serious cleaning. Nothing gross just ingredients for blizzards everywhere. After waiting for 5 minutes we were finally helped. I asked if the grill was still on. The one lady asked the other and said yes but u will have to wait. We are having a "rush" I was annoyed to say the least. There was maybe one order in front of us and it was already taken care of and 2 single customers behind us. I ended up ordering a slushy which was gross. Mainly liquid and very little crushed ice. My wife got a blizzard which was good. I don't recommend going there for hot food at all. Sadly it was my first and last time going here.

I love DQ, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend you avoid this location. To begin with the women's bathroom was out of order, so my pregnant wife was forced to use the men's single person's bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. As we made our way to order, the employees were chatting in the dining area. We waited for them to finish their conversation and slowly make their way to the register. We ordered two blizzards and when we received them we noticed they didn't flip both blizzards, but sometimes they forget so we didn't think much of it. By the time we got to the car, my wife's blizzard, which was the one that was never flipped upside down, was completely melted and dripping all over her hands. We went back and asked if we could get a replacement and the employee at the register nicely responded yes and that we could throw the melted one away. She then asked her coworker to make it because she was taking more orders and the coworker snapped and said it's ice cream and that it's supposed to melt. This was very uncalled for especially since we were polite the whole time and the situation did not have to escalate. To avoid dealing with her attitude, we just got a refund and left. I would recommend management to look into the people they hire if they want the business to be successful.

—- 3/4/22 update —I am updating my review, as I went back to this location and found that it was a lot cleaner. The staff was friendly and helpful.One big problem, when I was served my order, it was already melted and soupy. Blizzards are supposed to be thick and nearly solid, ask anybody who’s ever gotten one. The ones I ordered were very soupy and runny. The ice cream itself was very thin.But, I didn’t let that ruin a good time and enjoyed some ice cream anyhow.———-Filthy. This place Was dirty with food residue on the counter and floor.I will come back here one more time and if you ask if I want the “senior discount,” I’ll walk right out.1. I am not old enough for it.2. If you think I am, just apply it and don’t say anything.

The DQ iconic way is to flip the blizzard in front of you and red flag, they didn’t do it…. My order was ice cream soup. They said my order was too much chocolate and it melted and that’s the best they can do. I said I’ve been going to DQ for 15 years and always had the same blizzard. Now it was my first time visiting this Redlands location as I’m a new resident and man, all I have to say is AWFUL. Do NOT come here!!!! Run while you can! They serve blizzard soup, absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!

Not happy at all!! My Carmel cheesecake blizzard didn't have a drop of Carmel in it. The other blizzard we got had hardly anything in it. Like to get what I pay for!!!

The place smelled like old grease. We had to eat in my vehicle because of the smell. 1.mens restroom dirty and sewer cap missing. 2. Sewer cap sitting on the trash can outside men's restroom with toilet brush on the floor..

I love that this place is so close to my office! Hard to find a place anymore where you can get a filling lunch for about $7 and it comes with dessert!
