I come here with my girlfriends for brunch every couple of months, and the food and service has always been great. Today, though, we had a really snarky waiter, which I can usually tolerate. I ordered a diet Coke, and he came back with everyone else's drinks, but told me they were out of diet Coke, and that he had even gone to other businesses to see if they had any, which I didn't believe, but fine. I would have believed this, even though this was literally at the beginning of the brunch, but then he said something along the lines of "who are you kidding anyway?" I don't need a waiter's judgement on what I order. I'm not kidding myself by thinking that COPE House will miss our infrequent business, but we'll be looking for other brunch places, as there are lots of, hopefully less judgmental, options within a mile of here.

Great food and service / loud music and undesirable restrooms l

The food is absolutely delicious. Definitely worth it.

Great food great service best place for date night

Had a great time. Food was delicious. Lobster roll was good. They only suggestion I have is, TURN THE MUSIC DOWN. Seriously. I work in a nightclub and your music is just as loud. The tables are very small and you have to yell at the person 6 inches from you. There is an acceptable loud level of music and this place exceeded that.

Randomly found this place strolling downtown. Inside is a tad loud for an introvert like myself but the atmosphere overall was nice. The cocktail I had was a 10/10 and the food was a solid 7. Will definitely go back to find a dish that could become my usual and to try more drinks.

We visited on our anniversary just to have drinks before our dinner reservations elsewhere down the street. We came here once before but sat at the bar and didn't have an issue but my partner seemed to not be too fond of the place. She mentioned a female server that helped out at the bar and was rude with an attitude. I didn't notice her that day.Well, this time, we got seated at a table and our server happened to be that same girl that made the experience unpleasant the last time. She indeed was terribly rude. I have seen when people don't have great days and they wrongfully take it out on the restaurant patrons they are serving but this girl had a terrible attitude before, as well. I have respect for those working in the service industry and have seen servers absolutely overwhelmed and disrespected by other diners and still have a smile on their face and patience with others. She shouldn't be working in customer-facing industries if she has a problem being a kind, welcoming person. Another note to make was that we asked for a happy hour margarita but requested that they make it spicy. She said that would make it a "specialty" drink and it would no longer be a happy hour drink. She didn't even bother to go find out or see if she can help with that request like others have done countless times at other places. It isn't a big issue to pay regular price as our other drinks were not on the happy hour menu, but it was the absolute lack of effort involved, her attitude and the seemingly greedy practice here that irritated me. We have been from very high end bars and restaurants to something as small as an El Torito and adding 2 jalapeño slices or 2 dashes of bitters is never an issue or equates to a speciality drink price. Also, this server seemed to get bothered and passed us off to another server in the middle of our visit without any notice or proper transition. It worked better for us anyway but that isn't how you handle it.You would think it ended there, but of course, it doesn't. The power went out and instead of comping our bill or even a drink, we were asked to wait so they can figure out how to charge us. We were waiting already far too long. I told the new server that we have reservations down the street at Rok n Fondue at 5 p.m. and he had the nerve to ignorantly state, "Their power is out, too. It is the whole few blocks. So nothing to worry about." I called Rok n Fondue to inform them that we are being held at this place due to the power being out and will be late. I asked if their power went out, too and the host answering the phone sounded so confused and chuckled stating, "No, we definitely haven't heard about that outage. We are running just fine here." So we were late to our reservation there and had to wait. These people here are so unprofessional and do not know how to properly run a business with exceptional customer service and best business practices. They ruined a special evening and even worse, an anniversary night out. Needless to say we won't go again and will be sure to warn others. There are plenty of other places we have visited and continue giving business to, even if just for them being very kind, business people.

Definitely my favorite brunch spot in Redlands. Good food and they have bottomless mimosas.

Came today for brunch with my friend and it was our frist time and everything was so good. The food drinks and the service was awesome.

Favorite cocktail bar in Redlands. Seasonal menu with staples, all just perfectly executed. Great staff. Come here for great cocktails but be ready to leave with good memories.
