The kids working on 3/12/2022 at 2:10pm need a lesson in customer service.
On top of them taking forever I was told once I was going to check out that couldn’t use my form of payment when it was never an issue
I got cheesecake fantasy and chocolate devotion. They were soooooooooooooo good!!!!
Been going to this place for almost 10 years ...they used to be good... but last two visits have been a disappointment... feel like the staff not interested in providing a quality service in preparing your order., also, in today’s order felt that the banana they used was not of good quality (blackened - may be over ripened or spoiled, not sure)
Kind of disappointed in how they prepared my order. I have been to CSCs in 6 different states where I've lived, this is the first time that they didn't prepared up to standards. She was "in-training" and I had my doubts when she was mixing my order up on the board. I hope it's a one off mishap; will return and give it another go....hopefully the manager/owner reads this and trains the employees better.
We came for ice cream I wanted to get a sample the guy said no which is fine I understand but he was really rude hurrying us to pick our ice cream after we were just thinking what flavor to get we got here around 8:40

There was a Long blonde hair in my Ice cream disgusting ? never Again will buy ice cream at this place Also white Karen Workers were not wearing masks ??
Person greeting and advising people to wait outside when shop is too full, was not very friendly. Place was busy so staff was rushed. I like my toppings well blended into the ice cream but the cookie dough was basically still in one chunk as I was eating it. The girl that fixed our ice cream was friendly though.
The worst service extremely rude I would never recommend to anyone
