One of the last Cocos in the area.Owner was on the TV show Unrecover Boss.Just wish he'd pony up and fix the air conditioning!Once it get hot in Redlands the air goes out and its a hot place.Been that way for several years now.
Accessible to 10 freeway. Lots of free parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of choices in their all American menu. Best pies in town!

On Thurs the 21 Apr approx 1015am I went there with my son, also waiting were 6 other couples. There was only two servers but one decided to take a break! At least they should have been seated and given a menu or coffee until someone was able to take care of them. To me that is bad management.
We'd take a good ole American restaurant that's been in business for decades any day! Coco's has excellent food, we can always find what we like here. We prefer sit down meals to drive thru meals but if we bought these amazing pies all the time we wouldn't fit in the booths any more ?. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with fries. Sorry no pic but it sure looked good. I chose a make your own omelette and side of brioche French toast. My omelette had ham, mushrooms and spinach, you get 3 choices of veggie but I only wanted those 2, and swiss cheese and avocado which was $1 extra. I know we live in Cali but whatev. The French toast was so amazing I get French toast when ever I go out because I can not make it at all. Honestly it was all perfect we ate it all so yeah. Also the raspberry iced tea is super tasty and thirst quenching ?
I met a dear friend there for a late breakfast.... it was delicious. The server, Saul, was very attentive, great service. Will go back for sure! Wednesday is free slice of pie day, yummy!

A very good ambiance. All the servers were respectful, polite and timely. The indoor was clean and spotless. And the food was well prepared as ordered.
My first time there. My sister has been going to this place for years.Her kids are now grown. She told me, I would love the turkey sandwich.I normally don't Eat out, but she was right. I loved it and the food didn't make me sick.Now I'm back home in Las Vegas looking to go back there again for the Same Turkey Sandwich. Love the Food.
