This place is going down hill and the whole Chipotle Mexican Grill chain is not keeping up to standards with the food quality and restaurant cleanliness.Pricess be going up but food quality and customer service down the drain.Dont spend your hard earned money here.
The food is so GOOD. We usually get our food to go, but decided to eat in. It is so Loud which is why I deducted a Star. There is a Line Most of the time and can get LONG. So I recommend you Order Online to beat the Line. However if you're not there on time to pick it up your food waits on a shelf in the dining room and can be taken by someone else! Happy Eating! ?
The service was super slow. For the five employees, only one was making the ordered food, while two employees were on break, another one was refilling the napkin dispenser, and the fifth was cooking the food. I waited approximately eight minutes to get my order prepared, and there were only two people in front of me. Overall, after being helped, the employees are nice and the food is good.
I had the chorizo bowl very rich in flavor. My wife had the Chicken salad that she absolutely loved.
I’m not one to complain or take the time to write a review on a restaurant… especially a chain. This is now my local chipotle(moved) I’ve been here 5 times and have yet to have a smooth/ordinary experience. Idk what the hell is going on here.
Went here a couple days ago for my boyfriends birthday and didn't feel very welcomed or cared for. I got white rice and when it was my boyfriends turn they were out of rice and acted like it would take ages to get more when half way through making his burrito they brought out More rice. He wanted Extra steak and they were out of steak and the girl asked another girl to grab some steak and she had the biggest attitude and rolled her eyes Came back with a little thing of steak and my boyfriends like hey I asked for extra and so the girl rolled her eyes and stomped away and came back dumping more steak on his burrito. And left us with some attitude sentence that we barely understood. Non of the tables were clean. Infact a worker there was eating at one of the tables and when they left they never cleaned the table after they were done.
They were out of brisket and I believe it was for their own good because I'm sure.... no I KNOW that I would be disappointed because it would be nothing like real Texas brisket. Anyhow, food was good I got the shredded beef because every other meat was cubed and appeared burnt, validated by family who ordered it. .. but mine was OK. Run of the mill I think they're Mexican I dunno but anyhow 3 stars because staff was cool and it was clean. Other than that I pooped a fortune but maybe because I don't eat much Mexican food anyway.
It is always great to eat their. The food is hot and fresh, I have a great time when I stop in. Never had a bad time going there
