I've had MULTIPLE issues with this location! They're ALWAYS short staffed, will leave people sitting and waiting for an hour for a table and meanwhile HALF of their restaurant is CLOSED. All because they're short staffed. And the reason they're always short? Come to find out they made it so the servers don't keep their TIPS anymore - have to share them with the back of the house! Servers don't make enough money as it is! Corporate decided to go this way so they don't have to PAY their staff more. HERE'S A THOUGHT! If you didn't structure PAY like you do, people MIGHT want to work with you still! More servers means more CAPACITY! MORE CAPACITY MEANS MORE BUSINESS & PROFITS!!! Tonight, I was TURNED AWAY at an HOUR before their posted closing time! Short staffed again. SHOCKER! I'm sorry, but if you're a business and you post something like this, you STICK BY IT! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! And it's not just this location either. Long time server told me it's this way at ALL of the ones she's worked at! I REALLY HOPE CORPORATE MANAGEMENT READS THIS! You people NEED to pull your heads out of your 4th point of contact!!! I've been coming Chili's since I was TEN! THAT'S THIRTY-FIVE YEARS!!! You people have RUINED what was once an AMAZING restaurant. Don't expect me back!!!
Had a long wait for everything; to get seated, to be greeted, to get our drinks. We had to ask for a manager just to get a soup that was ordered. the bathroom was really dirty. It was my mom and grandmother's first time and I don't think I can convince them to come back
We got seated and waited until 2 tables who were sat after us got drinks and food and the server hadn't even came to our table at all. We tried to get her attention many times and she would walk past us. I finally went to the hostess and asked if we were gonna be served. She was shocked that no one had came to us. She called our server again and she still walked past us. Finally she came to us and said sorry thought the other server took care of you. She was the only server in our side. She took our order and we waited 30 minutes for our drinks to come. I asked where were our drinks and she rudely said they are coming. That was the last time she came to our table until it was time to pay the bill it was the other runners who brought our food refilled out drinks and made sure we were ok. This was just a disappointment dinner visit
Wait times are crazy unless you seat at bar area. The floors are filthy and under staffed. One waiter kept a customers change thinking it was a tip even though the customer never said it was. Too bad I can't post the horrible filthy floors pictures. And just a heads up when a customer asks a question about the menu the waiter shouldn't say don't look at the menu listen to me I'll tell you what you get.
Not the best experience. This place use to be quick, clean and friendly, but ever since COVID started I’ve noticed there’s a huge wait, the staff isn’t friendly what so ever and more importantly I felt “dirty” sitting down to have a meal with my family. My cup had white residue and food on it still ? The waitress would rush me and forget to bring the item I requested until I asked someone else.It was just a mess and to top it off, my husband paid $20 for a burger that he ended up throwing away because it was so undercooked and greasy.I get that it’s Covid and times are tough, but I’m paying customer and I did not yell at ya’ll once.
The food is really good and the service friendly, just checking up on costumers more often would be nice, we had to wait a while for a refill on the drinks and soup, other than that, it was a great experience.
There was a hour wait or first come first serve at the bar. We sat at the booth at bar to get in and out quickly. Waiter was rude and made rude comments why we were not drinking. We asked for a menu and he like, I will look but if I can't find it, you will share. He threw the menu at us. And asked what we wanted. We asked for some time to look at the menu and he left and didn't come back for like 30 minutes or so. Food was great, but the waiter really ruined our visit.
Great dinner location. The waiter was extremely nice and made the visit even more pleasant.
This is the worst one I have been to. They close early understaffed and will not let you order takeout half the time! Extremely slow service so if you go and they actually seat you be prepared for a two hour wait plus some. I do not recommend this locationDefinitely needs new management
