This chick.fil.a is the only one that will not allow you to order off of their lunch menu. I've gone to several different locations every other one will allow you to and just wait a few extra minutes but this one doesn't. I don't like anything off of their damn breakfast menu and the drive thru clerk just waitied and kept pushing me until I ordered off of their breakfast menu. Completely overpriced and the biscuit sandwich was dry as hell I'm completely unsatisfied with this place.

This is my second visit to a Chick-fil-A, and the first time I've eaten in a Chick-fil-A.I had the spicy chicken sandwich with some fries and it was good!I didn't know a fried breast of chicken could be so juicy. The store on the other hand was a wreck, things were dirty trash was everywhere the restroom had a full trash can and trash on the floor I was not impressed at all. That said the employees I interacted with were very friendly, and the store seems to be in the middle of a revision as some areas recorded off.The store in Corona that I visited before was very clean, but again I didn't eat that day

I’m not going back to this location after tonight.I visited about a month ago on a Friday for dine in. the place was filthy, trash on the floor, dirty tables etc. They gave me the wrong order, wrong sandwich twice.I visited the drive-tru tonight, after getting my food I parked nearby and they forgot one of my meals. I had to get out of the car and go to the drive tru window, and they asked me for my ticket. So I had to go back to my car, get the ticket walk back, wait by the window, all because they don’t check their orders before they go out.

This is the second time I’ve ordered something and not received it. If it was once or not so pricey I wouldn’t mind but come on guys you have plenty of people working get it right. I really enjoy Chick-fil-A and wish they’d get it together. I pay a premium to get quality service not be told I need to drive back to get stuff that should’ve been done right the first time. I tried calling and the line is busy or I’m hung up on what is that? In Texas I never had issues like I do out here.

Burger was fine but fries were empty and the chicken Patty filled less then half the bun. $20? lol

Came inside to order because we had app issues. They let us order at the counter thankfully. It was busy and very received good counter service, asked to done in, but found tables were all dirty... got situated anyway and after an extended wait we asked at the counter. Our food was there waiting. So not sure about the confusion on ordering, but everyone was nice and we got our food. It tasted great... ?

I usually like chick fil a but tonight was so bad. I haven’t eaten all day and this was my first meal. Went with me son. A few mintues after we had our meal, I started needing to go to the restroom!! It’s been 3 hours since! I don’t know if it was the veggies or the chicken.. I had chicken sandwich deluxe ?

Worst experience ever. M riding a motorcycle and wearing a mask and vaccinated, yet as I walk in where many people who orders online are standing … I’m told they can’t take my order! I will never be back again. You can’t argue it’s any different than if I walked up, why would I want to have to download an app to eat at your restaurant!? Man, so disappointing

I came to this chick fil a to get two gift cards for my little brother's. Once I got home I realized that the cashier only gave me one gift card instead of two. I was a little bummed out but I drove back to see if I could get the missing card. Once I was at the window, explained the problem, the situation turned for the worst. It seemed that no one knew how to refund a giftcard and on top of that, the manager questioned when I was at that location and if I bought gift cards. I gave her the two receipts and there's a time stamp on them so I proved that I wasn't lying. The last nail in the coffin, the manager asks me who I bought the gift cards from. In the end, I had to repurchase the gift cards again so now I have two charges on my card. What hurt the most is that not one person apologized to me except a young man, Malek. He had nothing to do with the situation but understood how I felt, the time I wasted driving back to that location, the gas. What businesses need to understand is that customer experience is everything. One bad experience can completely turn someone off from ever returning to a brand and that's what happened to me. Having a fast food job isn't easy, I've done it, but it's the little things that stick with people like a cashier smiling at you, a waiter going out their way to get you something. It's these things that turn people into life long customers. For me, I'm disappointed and now have a bad memory.

waited forever in line only to be told no grilled chicken sand.. next ask for milk shake with extra chocolate.no they won't do that..!!!? so settled Mac n cheese.who can mess that up? them it was luke warm..lumpy? burnt clumps....dont get me started on kids meal??the little balls of chicken hard..and no substitute prize for child under 3..? only reason I give one star . Drive thru order taker was smiling and friendly..but on second thought..should they not be wearing mask? covid times..
