I asked if sandwich came with what's shown in picture and she said yeah just not a drink if you want drink need upgrade , when I get my sandwich no tots and I ask and they said only get sandwich need upgrade for tots but picture shows sandwich with tots and I even asked before hand. Then when I went to get refill they where talking about me and my family in back all loud laughing mocking me and heard her telling them she told me and lying
I've tried three of Cheesewalla's sandwiches - the caprese, the spinach and artichoke, and the marghertia pizza - WOW to all three of them!I'm very impressed!One of the only "quick service" food places in Downtown Redlands, so if you are in the area - or if you are not in the area but looking for something new that is tasty - definitely stop by Cheesewalla!I look forward to the next time I stop by to try out a new sandwich flavor!Cheesewalla is located in Umbrella Alley - very charming. There are a few picnic tables to sit at and enjoy your food.They also do delivery through Postmates and DoorDash - which is a plus!
I mean grilled cheeses of different unique flavors why not. Add some taters on the side and yum. My only thing was the cheesy tater tots tasted like they melted the cheese with a blow torch, and I personally do not like that torchy taste.
Normally 100 percent yes ! But today they gave me persons order that ordered after me . I called to let them know . I ended up with a grilled cheese with jalapeños in it and zucchini sticks with ranch dressing and dressing was thick like paste . Not what I ordered for a sandwich . Never had service and order messed up here before . Couldn’t come back down because no parking and bicycle classics so all he said was sorry :/
Underwhelmed with the food and service from our visit. I don’t know how you can be disappointed With a a place that list itself as being a “Gourmet grilled cheese sandwich shop” but we were. The food is very basic, the sandwiches are just small normal size slices of bread, the cheese we ordered hardly had any cheese on them and the majority of what cheese there was wasn’t even melted, and the fountain drink we got had no flavor was all carbonation. I love anything with cheese on it I didn’t expect a fancy meal from here but still I expected more.
So yum!!! I had BBQ Mac sando with regular tots. Yummy!! Also got samosa. Very different, but totally delicious! I love the beer selection! Great space with fantastic food.

The bread was nice and crispy, and the cheese crust complemented the melting cheeses beautifully. A sandwich worthy of the gourmet title.Don’t forget your beverage! Their lemonade here is really good, not overly sweet.
Have been a fan of this place during pandemic times. Even after we moved, we still find some chance to eat here when we visit Redlands. Great sandwiches and friendly staff! Eating at the outdoor area on a sunny day is always enjoyable.
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich! It comes with a ranch dip that is sooo yummy and a Buffalo dip. I love their food.
Really great menu and pricing, and it's in a super cute area of Redlands. We got the spinach artichoke sandwich and the jalapeno popper sandwich. My friend got the bbq Mac and cheese and they were all really good! Tots are also on point here.
