I come here all the time on my lunch. This visit, they didn't get my order in after ordering. The woman at the window was confused and asked me how she can help me. I was confused and told her my order. After that she seemed very rude and it was not busy at all. No cars behind me. The food was prepared quickly which was nice but I never got my drink. (●´⌓`●)
Lazy night shift workers. Gave us cold food. Called and spoke with a manager to let them know. He told us to go back the next day to get what we ordered the other night. The girl at the speaker acted like we were lying, then when we got our new food it was just the one burger that was part of the meal. She didn't gives the fries like she was supposed. So don't there after 11pm. You will get some cold food with an attitude.
I had stopped going to Carl's Jr awhile back when I sat inside one day that I wanted to, and paid over $3.50 for a very dry burger. I went back a few days ago, and they let me order at the window when I didn't hear the intercom: $4.34 for their Classic Çalifornia Cheeseburger, plenty good this time for a filling lunch.
they be playing music like it’s a club and not a restaurant at the dine in !!! The girl Sarah at the window is very friendly and polite though , you get 5 stars girl!
Needed fast food at 5am. McDonalds was inexplicably closed (unusual), Jack-in-the-Box asked us to get away from their drive thru for 10 min. But Carls was open, friendly, fast and delicious. I will go there first from now on.
Very clean and comfortable, feel safe. Awesome employees especially the young man at the counter who served us. Only comment to his surprise were cold. But I'm sure if we cared they just switched it.
Well I went to this location after what was the worst experience at Coco's across the street from Carl's Jr. Anyway the food was fresh and hot. The people working were friendly. For everyone that goes to any Carl's Jr knows I'm not lying about this, Carl's Jr fries normally suck but the fries here were fresh, hot and delicious.
The fries are always cold, every time I get them. For the price of the food, you would expect it to be better. There are smaller burger shops that you can try for the same price that are better. They are still short items from their menu. When they had the Adult Swim promotion, the employees seemed like they were not aware that you could combo your meal with the adult swim promotion. I get that we need to be nice to these employees, but I get paid the same to do construction and I put everything into it. The least these people can do is have some fries warm, and know whats in inventory and whats promoted.
Always good with coupons. Always clean and staff friendly. Lupita does a good job with orders and Xochil does great with orders considering she foes both drive thru and counter.
