This little family owned business produces some really good meals at remarkably reasonable prices. When we lived in Redlands about 15 years ago this was a "go to" place for great hamburgers, breakfasts, the amazing corned beef among other menu items. We especially liked the California burger without onions, we don't do onions, and a Coke, their Coke mix always seemed perfect. We visited them as we were driving back from Rancho Mirage on our way to Las Vegas. It was EXACTLY the same. The owner was there as usual working his heart out at the grill. He remembered us! It is as expected showing some wear but my goodness with the customer traffic they encounter it was still a place I will return to whenever I return to my old university town. (Och Tamale).
I usually like Burger Town USA in Redlands. They have a new cashier a girl who cleans the counter and then opens the food containers and touches the food. I ordered a chicken strip meal for my daughter she opened the large container, moved the chicken strips around with her bare hands after cleaning the counter and subsequent areas. I told her that was not acceptable and I did not want it - could they remake it because she touched it with her bare hands after cleaning. The chef was upset that they had to re cook and she was irritated so they chopped the order in half and gave me the small container instead of the dinner that I paid for. If she is working I will not be going to Burger Town USA. Not to mention a piece of pork bacon in the chicken strips! We don't eat PORK!!
The food was amazing. The owner was super nice. We had a great experience their. We will definitely go back to eat again. My wife and I just ate their again. Got the chili and cheeseburger. Soooo tasty. And such friendly service. We will always be coming back. We love this place. And we know you will too.

"old fashioned" sometimes makes you want to think of the 40's, 50's, 60's etc., But old fashioned 90's style is actually surprisingly refreshing, now that everyone else seems to be focused on tricking you into thinking their burgers haven't shrunk over the years.The Redlands Burger town is really good and has a sort of nostalgic feeling. Bravo burger has dipped in quality, Nick's can be too wet, centrally located and of superior quality, Burger Town USA is the best burger in Redlands.
Any time I'm working in Redlands this is my go to place for a quick bite. The girls up front always smiling and happy to take your order. It feels like home. Great customer service with a personal touch. Thank you Sasha and Leslie for always making me feel welcome.
We love BurgerTown. Been coming since day one. The owners and staff are always extremely friendly and their food is delicious!!! Highly recommend them. Best breakfast burritos in town too.
Pretty solid charbroil place. We both got bacon cheeseburgers and they were great. Service was good, can't wait to go back and try it again
