Perhaps I should put three stars, and maybe it's just my mood, but I always rate from the heart. Two out of five. The store is clean enough, however in mild disarray regarding the floor space, tables, etc. Yeah, pretty sure it could be my mood, yet I will continue. My main beef is that there are no signs indicating so, yet the staff says the restroom is closed for covid. As all the restrictions are off right now finally, from covid, I find this to be a dubious remark. The lack of eye contact and sudden raise in the pitch of her voice harmonized with my inner skeptic enough to allow for doubt, in my opinion. The other reason for the subpart rating, you know what, definitely my mood. I'll shut up and I'm going to go up and change it back to three stars. Play everything else as it lies!

Service was great and the ice cream was wonderful!!
I bought a birthday cake for my daughter from the display case and it was unedible. Dried out and tasted like freezer. I called to nicely ask for a replacement cake and was told by the owner she would give me $2 off another cake or I could get a pint of ice cream and said I could “stick a candle in that.” After about 6 calls to corporate with many apologies for the owners behavior at the State St location and promises to resolve it, corporate is finally sending me a gift card and I will NEVER return to this location!!
Came at 9:30 and staff already had store closed. They are noted to be closed at 10:00. Kinda disappointed
One of the few place that has what my wife loves, Chocolate Fudge.
This is our favorite ice cream place. Sometimes I am not in a mood for large quantities and they are the only place that gives tiny quantities to extra large ones. Flavors are amazing too.

Love this Baskin Robbins! Well run store. Ice cream is always fresh and kept at the right temperature...never icy. The staff knows how to scoop ice cream.??
Needs more employees. Line went all the way outside waited about 45 min for a ice cream.
