Sat at the bar around 1:45pm on a Tuesday. Small crowd in restaurant and bartender was super cool. He was educating an elderly gentleman on different types of tequilas while I sipped on non alcoholic drinks. Staff was running around helping customers with nothing but smiles. Medium done steak was good and so was the non alcoholic Michelada.
Food was good and the inside of the restaurant looked good. Unfortunately the tables are stationary and if you’re a big boy or girl then I wouldn’t recommend dining here unless you’re at the bar where the seats pull out. Since Covid the menus have changed and have less food on there now. Plenty of parking and clean restaurant with comfy looking lobby.
When we arrived it appeared to be busy. When I asked the host he was able to seat us within 5 min. We were greeted immediately with their names and a smile. Drinks were provided within 5 min of sitting down. Each time our drinks hit half Lex came with a refill. Exceptional waitress. Food was cooked to perfection. I'm very picky with steak at Applebee's and this steak was the best I've had at any Applebee's ?
Worst service ever. Ordered a couple of drinks & water with lemon. Took her a good second to bring our waters & with mo lemons, so I asked her to bring some. She took forever. Brought our appetizers & had to ask for napkins, plus we had no silverware. She never brought the napkins & she finally passes us & I said I'm still waiting for those napkins. She finally gets them & finally brings our food. She o ly acknowledged us us one other then that we had to ask someone else to bring us silverware so we can eat. All the employees looked like they were mad as HELL, even the manager looked mad. Horrible service! Won't be going back!!
Food was cool. The waiter was blah. Oh, sorry, server. ? And the air conditioning really needed to be turned on. It was uncomfortably warm for a hot Sunday. ?
Disappointed with food. 6oz steak looked more like a 3oz. Ordered steak medium. Was very dry. The whole plate was room temperature. At the end, I was not charged for the 2 steak meals. We were hoping for a good meal only to be disappointed
My husband had the 2/25 rib dinner, and I had the Fiesta Lime Chicken. Food tasted good, but within 10 min. of eating it I had bouts of diahrea! this lasted about 2 hours. I can only attribute it to the food. Also, the seal on the bathroom toilet was leaking water and in need of repair.
Visited here for the first time in years! We are not usually huge fans of chain restaurants but it was nearby and so figured why not!Apps, drinks and food all good for a chain restaurant however service was meh...upon walking in we stood there for approximately 10 min while it was uncrowded. We kept looking for a sign to seat ourselves but didn't see one. Staff member after staff member walked by, bartenders saw us standing there yet no one stopped to say anything. Not until we stopped someone to ask if we seat ourselves. Of which they laughed and asked have we been helped? Umm no whi h is why we are standing here. After our first beverage was gone it took so long for staff to come back we suggested or inquired rather if it would be best if we ordered a couple at a time along with waters.Could be better could be worse but it is Applebee's after all. So no high expectations sadly.
Went with a large group of family, the wait was longer than usual, had great service once we were seated. Our server was exceptional. Very much enjoyed our meal!
The food was good but the service was bad. It was not very busy tonight, yet it took them 10 minutes to seat us. Our waiter who looked like "Carlton Banks" took our order very quickly, and we did not see him again until our meal was almost done while, we were waiting for refills. We literally did not get our drinks refilled until we were done with our meals. We even asked another waitress to refill our drinks, and she suddenly forgot we were there. It was like we were invisible to all waiting staff.
