Really good ice cream place with unique flavors. If you visit late they tend to be out of some flavors so get them before they are gone
You’re losing business all day long because of your personal mask mandate….. open your eyes management! The employee was very nice about it though!!!

Very disappointing. I love ice cream and maybe was expecting too much but il never be coming here again. Probably highly rated because of the nitrogen gimmick. Very nice people though
The 1 Star rating in this review, is not meant for the quality of À la minute’s product, their handmade ice cream is one of the best around….BUT for the very prejudiced signage posted inside of their store. One of the fundamentals of doing business (speaking from experience) is to never mix political views or religious beliefs in doing business. À la minute’s owner’s should carry over from their website into their store front their mantra of love and giving, “Send some love to the ones you love!”…sadly they have chosen to display signage that spreads hate and division. We were longtime customers/supporters of À la minute, but will no longer support them due to their active support of prejudice, hate and division.

First time I've been here and I am so impressed! I'm vegan so I typically do not visit ice cream shops, but this is a MUST whe. In redlands/downtown area. The owner also owns the crepe shop in downtown and although I haven't been there I have heard nothing but good things! I ended up getting a mini scoop of their strawberry sorbet and the flavor was OUT OF THIS WORLD. You can tell it's organic strawberries the flavor is so genuinely authentic. They also top it with a strawberry compote that is delectable. I went with a couple of co workers who all ordered different things and everyone was impressed!! I will definitely be back. And, if you enjoy ice cream and supporting g your local business, PLEASE STOP BY AND GIVE IT A TRY. Their mini scoops are only 3.50 (with tax) and trust me that's a STEAL!!!

Don’t blink or you will miss this cute decor farm like ice cream shop. Organic ice cream in various flavors with toppings and they serve vegan ice cream too which was also good. Prices are A little expensive but worth trying. Enjoy
