Like many chain restaurants, going there means you generally know what to expect, at least menu-wise. This Wendys made me a perfect Double Baconator burger, Patty's were hot, cheese was melting, the bacon was on spot. And I love the buns! I could have eaten two, but ya, y'know...need to watch the waistline. I was pleased that they easily understood my request for an Arnold Palmer (half ice tea, half lemonade) and it both tasted great and was refreshing on a warm day. Five Stars Wendy's, good job!
Um what can I say is fast food and its Wendy's, I had Crispy Chicken sandwich it was not good at all, baconator fries again not great, the frosty was of course the best thing I think they serve. Drive thru was quick, and friendly, joked around a sec with them and my hubby made them laugh. The person taking money well had to get a manager to help her cuz she couldn't figure out how to give us correct change which was a bit frightening kids these days. Total was $26.82 gave her $100.86 to get rid of change and make it easier, all bills back right? Right she didn't know what to do. Poor girl I hope she stays in school, and takes another math class. ( not making fun of, just noticing this generation and their lack of skills.) Hope she sticks with it and dosent get discouraged, learns to figure these kinds of things out. Kudos to her fir asking for help and not giving up.
Very upset and disappointed. Had our order delivered via Door Dash. The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich had so little sauce on it, you couldn't even see it and the cheese was not pepper jack. The kids meal did not have the toy, the chocolate frosties were not chocolate and we didn't get any of our dipping sauces. Whole meal was messed up and very disappointing.
Either the speaker was broken or the person taking the order couldn't understand what I was saying. But she was rude. And when the food came out it was not good the meat was not hot and tasted bad. I normally love Wendy's but this location was horrible
The food is always good but eating inside is awful! It is bone chillingly freezing in the lobby and they said that they don't control the climate in here. We are the only ones in here so I'm certain others feel the same way we do. If you come here, stick to the drive thru.
I deliver food from Wendy's. I got there and they locked the lobby right as I approached. The drive thru line was all the way to hilltop. I called to see if I could get them to just bring the delivery order and nope couldn't do that. I had to wait for 30minutes in the drive thru to pick up a online delivery order. This has happened now multiple times. I understand being short staffed like I dont wana be a "karen" but seriously something needs to be done about the wait times and deliveries.
Lobby not open. Waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes and then decided to leave and find food that was even moderately fast. It appeared there was only two people working the Saturday night shift, with one employee working the drive-thru and maybe even help cook and serve the food. Another employee sauntered out to the trash can on the opposite side of the parking lot to take out a small cardboard piece to the garbage during rush hour. Wow... Don't go here..
Went to this Wendy's for a treat for my family. Got 3 breakfast sandwiches on biscuits. Got home there was grease running out of wrapping. All the sandwiches were on hamburger buns. There were 3 cars in line in front of me and it took them 30 minutes to get to my order. People at window were rude. Bad place to eat. Don't waste your money
They messed up our order by forgetting the fries from one of our combo orders and not giving us dressing for the salad (and giving us EXTRA sour cream, which we did NOT want for that salad). The food was also just average quality.In their defense, we had a big order, but I still expect better service.
If you go to Wendy’s on hilltop dr Redding any time around 11AM you can count on getting a warmed up burger patty left over from the day before. I’ve had this happen now 3 times! Fresh? No way!
