Not my first rodeo here, I do love it when it’s doing it’s best, however when it’s bad it’s super bad! I do online orders, I’m on a strict time line, I actually place them 2 hours in advance, this makes the fifth time over last year alone, they did not have my order! For those of you doing online orders make sure they call you right away, which is ridiculous in and of itself, otherwise they did not get your order! The young lady today knew I was upset, I’m on my lunch hour I’m expecting it to be ready to grab and yet again they didn’t receive the order even though I have email confirmation. I told the gal today if you can have it ready in 20 minutes I will take it otherwise I’m finally done!!! I seriously could go on and on about poor service , exceptionally long wait times for food, literally 2 hours most recently. That seems to be their number. Do not waste your time. It’s good, but not that good!
best sushi in town. Lisa is so friendly and the service is always phenomenal. I'd give it six stars if I could.
I come here every week. Tonight I was denied service at 8:30 pm saying that they were closed. Although the sign said they would close at 10 pm
Great place to balance vegans and non vegans. We chose several Sushi offering which were delicious.... just took a long time after ordering. Salmon teryiaki was excellent.
Very good service and excellent atmosphere. Cool climate with moderate lighting. Beautiful decor and very inviting. I had the Bento box #5 and the quality was excellent. Great cooks. Great service. Never had an empty glass. Excellent service.Portion size was very sadifing and quenched my hunger with it's substance and tantalizing flavor. A very full filling experience. Still sadified hours later. A Great Place To Eat.
Lot's of sushi rolls to choose from and they were delicious ?! Goyza is crispy! None of us cared for the calamari fries (either the grease or batter tasted unpleasant) The service was excellent and very friendly from the hosts to the wait staff!
No warning of use of peanut dressing on salad, my wife has a allergy and had a bad reaction. The Rice was very over cooked and overly sweet. Service could have been better, took us several minutes to get anyones attention. Wait time was over an hour for our food, also boats don't actually come on boats. Falsely advertised on that front for us at least.
I recently had a terrible experience. The last couple of times they forgot to include all the food items in the order. This time I specifically wrote in the online order to include the soup salad and rice as they have been forgotten before. Picked up the items went home and sure enough they're still missing. I requested they at least credit the salad but the only thing they could offer was in store credit for the future. My friend really wanted these items so ultimately I had to go back to the restaurant to pick them up. Clearly I was very frustrated at this point. I asked to remove the tip and they said they couldn't because it had already been processed. The restaurant itself is poorly ventilated, hot and dirty. I feel take out was the only option but clearly it feels like the restaurant purposefully stiffs the customer to save money. I had been going there for many years. And after all that effort the salad greens were turning brown on the edges and wilting.
Came here for the 1st time today and it is truly amazing! The food here will literally blow you away! I wish I could could give them 10 stars for there food and customer service!
After a long day's gravel, we stopped here for dinner. Nicely decorated establishment and very clean. We decided on a bento box #3 which has shrimp tempura and vegetables, Teriyaki chicken and California Roll. The fool was very good and the tempura vegetables we crisp. The Teriyaki Chicken was tender and tasty.
