love this place & the atmosphere. super cute place & i love the slushees they have to offer with any of the popping boba. the hawaii style ice is the BOMB.
The staff are super sweet. The gal who helped me, she was super sweet even when I changed my mind on a few things. Definitely will be coming back.
My kids finally got the tea their friends nonstop talk about. They loved it.
Was super excited to try this place out, I was visiting from out of state and this is where my friend likes to go! I work in customer service and understand if can be annoying when people come in right when you open but my friend and I had grabbed our lunch and wanted to have so boba to take home. The girl working had her AirPods in and was on the phone the entire time my friend and I were in there. She did not end her phone call to take our order, and we had to ask her to turn the TV on so we could see the menu. We had to wait a little longer because the boba wasn’t ready yet, which was fine but she proceeded to have a highly inappropriate conversation with whoever she was on the phone with including lots of cursing loud enough for us to hear everything she was saying. Overall the tea was great, but the customer service was severely lacking, unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Best Boba place in Redding! The milkshakes are my favorite. You have to try the Oreo and Date shake.
