Wellllllllllll!!!!!!! Where do I start me an two homie came here the other day after borrowing an Electric disabled persons cart driving around our Neighborhood and local text and see( ice cream place) they didn’t let us charge it by the way ??! After barley making it up hill top! Anyways we make it too Taco Bell after an hour, and mind you I didn’t eat all day, and I’m NOT HOMELESS! So when got here with the homie from Germany yanicksss and Simonsss! Ssooo basically in the time it took me waiting here to think of this story and write it we are still waiting for our food! I will continue so, oh nvm we just got it!
I’ve never felt the need to write a review for anything but my experience at this place was horrid. The woman taking orders was extremely rude and condescending, I ordered 3 things and as she waited for me to finish, she says “woah.” Nothing else. A little confused I say, “I’m sorry do you need me to repeat?” she says “You think?” When I got to the window they were out of beef and naturally the freeze machine was down. I can get over running out of ingredients but I’ve worked in food and never been so rude to a customer. Circle tattoo on her left arm hope she gets fired.
I mean, it's Taco Bell, so I know it will always taste good. I used the ordering app, as all the marketing suggests, because it's faster. Not the case. They had to pull someone off the drive thru line to make my food and it ended up a 21-minute wait standing in their lobby.
Orders are always right but they close whenever they want and tell me why there’s SEVEN people in the kitchen, but customers have to use the kiosk to order? Fine. I placed my order there but I was paying with cash. The girl in the kitchen yelled to me “it’s cause we’re not taking cash and you need to order at the kiosk”. What’s up with that
Ordered a crunchy taco without meat, had a substitute in one of them with beans and one of them with rice. Very small amounts with small amount of lettuce. Wouldn't recommend it.
It was ok- each taco was different even thou I ordered the same ones. Yesterday's tomatoes. U can order 2 cinnbuns or 12 nothing in-between.
Well usually I love taco bell, however there service here was less than poor. No warning that they were out of lettuce and sour cream. Got home to eat and looks like a child put my food together. I dont normally do this but I called and the manager and he was less than sympathetic.Very sad the level of service, again I don't normally post things like this but hopefully it will save someone else the headache. I won't be spending money here anymore.
Love that they are so willing to do a black bean substitution for meat, since you're ground beef looks like dog food. Its too fine. It should be chucks of ground beef. Price is great!
Taco bell is taco bell. Sad they can't find enough help to take the orders. I love the food. I'll be back.
Not much to expect from Redding taco Bells. I always get sick to my stomach here and the quality of not only the food but the service is just not worth it.
