The people inside this Taco Bell were so friendly until I went in today to order. Not only did they refuse to take my order but when our food was up they called the name, which was wrong, and the lady got upset when we didn’t pick it up she yelled at us saying “your the only people in here it must be yours.” And repeatedly got mad when ever we went up to the counter to ask for Lids or straws

They were kind of rude, they got irritated because people didn't want to use the kiosk to place their orders, a couple of the crew members got into a loud disagreement in the back that could be heard through the whole restaurant, the food was very poorly assembled I had to ask for a lid and straw for my drinks and hot sauce which seemed to be a huge ask , I only assume it was a huge ask by the response of the loud sigh and eye roll I received from the crew member for even asking. Even though I had waited to ask for any of it until my food was ready and I was at the counter grabbing my food from said crew member. Though out if the 3 taco bells in Redding this one definitely ranks 2nd with the best one being downtown and the worst one being by winco so at least they have that win I guess...

I had my Taco Bell order delivered and I wasn’t very pleased with my quesadilla. In the past few years of ordering taco bell I never had a problem. Unfortunately that was not the case tonight, My quesadilla wasn’t cut and the portion of the quesadilla was very skimpy. I hope that in the future the employees will put the right portions in the food, and follow the signs on how much food goes into a burrito, quesadilla, chalupa etc.

Got there at 6 a.m right when they claim they open for breakfast. All I wanted was an iced coffee. They weren’t even ready yet & said it’d be awhile before they could serve me. I just said I wanted a coffee. Still refused me. Ummm I thought 6 a.m meant open to the public, not barely arriving to open up & prepare for breakfast.

I don’t usually eat out because I am on a very tight budget but 3 times in a row I’ve chosen Taco Bell and 3 times in a row food that I ordered and paid for was left out of my bag. For someone who doesn’t have much money and need all the food they can get this is very frustrating.Update: they reached out to me and apologized and told me they were working to make things better. I went yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience. They were kind and funny and the cheese was filled all the way to the top so it was enough (one of my pet peeves). I was feeling guilty about my bad review so I came back to update it. I also wanted to say thank you to the crew for making my night!

If I could give a 0, I would. 25 min line wait...OK their busy, sure. Rude window lady, met with no receipt. Then I get back to work with my food and realize none of it was wrapped and I'm missing food. Called, Dan said to return after work. But I don't have a receipt....maybe I'll just show them the fubared bag of nothing in it....smh I'm starving now.

Girl taking my order had a bad attitude, MAJOR. Got my food after spending 20 min. In line, ordered meat and cheese only I checkered my order to see if they grilled it as the girl snckered while I looked through my bag. Didn't check inside of burrito. Finally sat down to eat it, FULL OF BEANS AND VERY LITTLE MEAT!Only the drive through was open maybe they could get that simple order right if the inside was open??

This is absolutely the worst food serv place I've ever been to. Pretty much every single person I've ever dealt with there is totally rude and unprofessional, the worst customer service ever by far. That's if you can get anyone to acknowledge your presence and hopefully you get everything you ordered it doesn't happen often. If you like sitting in the Drive Thru for at least 45 minutes go to Taco Bell. They say the inside is closed due to staffing shortage but have the same amount of people working in there as they did before. Ohh yeah and your going to be missing at least one item from your order lol

Best staff I have ever met. Very welcoming and enjoyed there attitude. Greeted us with smiles. If I can give the staff more stars I would. Good job and keep up the good work

Long line in drive through and very slow felt like it took forever to get through. Then the order was wrong.then the next time got the order wrong again. Don't know if they have if they have a bunch of new employees, not a good experance
