My 5stars are for the couple that paid for meal. I'm having a bad day and do not feel well. I admit I got frustrated, and was upset that they were trying to get in front me. I let them in anyways but not with a willing heart. They paid for my meal. So to couple, I deeply appreciate your sweet gesture. From the grouch person behind you. If you ever read this THANK YOU! ❤️

i never write bad reviews but i’ve had problems with this specific taco bell forever. they mess up my order almost every time. which sometimes i understand because of rush hour or understaffing ect but i had to cancel my order because they ran out of ground beef. that’s fine i understood but when i asked for a refund i wasn’t replied to. i saw the only employee there walk away from the window. when i say at the window she refused to even come talk to me.ended up leaving after a while with 25 bucks wasted on food i never got a refund on. ??

place was horrible. employee harassed teen girls, then denied service when we tryed to go threw drive threw. the worker was sitting down drinking his freez while yelling at us. he was also smoking in the parking lot, needs to be fixed right now service was unprofessional.

New bigger guy working the window doesn’t listen to orders. I’ve been going here this last year, and since he started the quality of service has gone down to barely reliable. Wrong order. Never gives you sauce our napkins. Bare minimum at best. Avoid this place in the morning when he’s working. Or just avoid in general as the other employees are always arguing amongst each other which is exactly what you don’t want to hear when trying to buy food.

It was one of the slowest drivethrews I've ever been through, but the tacos were fresh and delicious. They gave us plenty of sauces and remembered napkins. It was worth the wait.

32 minutes.It was 32 minutes from the time I got in line(4th from ordering).It was 32 minutes before I requested a refund.But it was 10 minutes after I paid for my order, sitting patiently, that a slovenly dressed manager was dragged from the office to process my request for a refund.It took 6 more minutes for him to complete my return.My total paid? $10.20My refund? $9.50When I called to inform them of the mistake, I got laughed at and told, "I'm not gonna argue with you. Come get your $0.70 whenever you want."The manager, who was sitting in the office while his employees are falling behind and FAILING any standards Taco Bell has for service times and completion, was of no help to his crew or customers.Pathetic.

Love that they are so willing to substitute ground beef for black beans since your ground beef looks like dog food. Its too fine. It should look like chunks of beef. Price is great!

I know taco Bell is known for messing up orders every now and then. But I personally have never had any problems the people are kind and courteous and always greet you with a smile and I love their food it's good ?

The most annoying thing about this location is that there are two different entrances to the drive thru. Also informed the person taking the order about a food allergy and was acknowledged about it but still the item was used.

Spent 50 minutes in the lobby waiting for an online order only to find out it hadent even been started. It was for the right location, I spoke to the cashier and got a receipt with my order on it and proceeded to stare at the ticket for the better part of an hour in the lobby before some one asked me if I had been helped. Refund process was lickety split though definitely recommended giving that a whirl sometime.
