This store was very clean and friendly service. Sandwiches are fresh and made to order.
A bit slow but otherwise I like it here.
Terrible service, lazy employees. Multiple times I've tried to get sandwich and workers say it will be 30+ minute wait cause they have online orders and other stuff to do
The Subway in Westwood Village is the best in town. Ive never had a problem and great service! I recommend going here of you're itching for Subway!
Walked in Saturday about 3.30 one lady working behind the counter she would not evan look up at me.she just left me standing there after about 5 minutes it got awkward so I left . But the store next to the has a great roast beef warp .
We needed some last minute sandwiches for a company function. I tried to order online but it would not take my order. I called every single Subway in town from the moment they opened and no one answered. When I called the Westwood Village Subway, the amazing Tawny answered. She said that they require 48 hours notice to place an online order. She knew it was short notice for my order but she said, "I think I can make it happen." She went above and beyond to get everything just right.When I arrived to pick them up, everything was so nicely packaged and such an easy process. The staff there was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. They were all working hard cleaning when we walked in.We are so grateful to Tawny who made it happen with such a willing and friendly attitude. She is a jewel for the company. She should get a raise! And we are grateful for all the employees who had an unexpected large order to get out for the day.Thank You Tawny and Westwood Subway for saving the day!
Made an amazing sandwich! Pickles were not the best but the service was superb.
